本文采用文献资料法、实验法、走访调查法、数理统计法等，在背越式跳高教学中，利用技能迁移规律，从趣味性教学着手创编与设计体育游戏，并把它运用于背越式跳高实验教学中，通过教学发现在背越式跳高教学中运用游戏教学手段，不仅有利于学生对完整技术动作的掌握，而且有利于改变以往背越式跳高教学枯燥乏味的局面，从而提高教学效果。
