In this study we have constructed the system using the methods including systemic analysis, brain storm and specialist consulting, etc on the basis of mastering the relative theories and methods and realizing the condition of key subject construction in military clinical medical colleges in PLA by reviewing the relative articles and archives and performing field surveys. Then we have applied the system to the evaluation of the construction of the fifteen key subjects in Changhai hospital, the First Military Clinical Medical College of the Second Military Medical University to test the properties of the system. We have employed several methods such as the Sum-Weighted and Rank-Sum Ratio to analyze the data and draw the conclusion of the evaluation.

本研究通过查阅文献资料，进行实地调研，在掌握重点学科建设及其评价的相关理论和研究方法，了解目前我军军队临床医学院重点学科建设基本情况的基础上，以现代管理系统理论为指导，综合运用系统分析法、头脑风暴法、专家咨询法、赋值统计迭代法等方法构建了军队临床医学院重点学科建设评价指标体系；并以该指标体系对第二军医大学附属第一临床医学院长海医院15个重点学科的建设情况进行实测，运用加权求和法、秩和比法等不同方法进行综合评价，分析评价结果，构建评判模型。

The paper determines compaction degree of subgrade making use of pumped sand, cutting ring ,nuclear density instrument and drop hammer frequent mensuration methods.

采用灌砂法、环刀法、核子密度仪法、落锤频谱式快速测定仪法4种方法对检测路基压实度的测试结果进行了比较分析；并以灌砂法作为现场测定压实度的标准方法，将其他方法与灌砂法进行回归标定，得出了相关关系，进一步证实了采用灌砂法作为路基压实度检测的标准方法是值得推广的。

There are direct-acting identification method,jar or bottle identification method,steel tube identification method and hole identification method.Steel tube identification method and hole identification method are better than others method for forensic science,because these two methods have the higher credibility.

目前已经形成的警犬鉴别人体气味的方法有直接鉴别法、罐内或瓶内鉴别法、管式鉴别法和气孔鉴别法，由于管式鉴别法和气孔鉴别法的鉴别结果有较高的可信度，故被法庭科学认为是2种较好的鉴别人体气味的方法。

The results show that the water breakthrough time shortens with the increase of the horizontal well length. Under the same well space and production conditions, the water breakthrough time of five-spot pattern is longer than that of seven-spot and nine-spot pattern. With the increase of angle between the horizontal well and the horizontal direction, the water breakthrough time shortens in five-spot well pattern, firstly increases and then decreases in seven-spot pattern, and increases in nine-spot pattern. The influence of reservoir and fluid parameters on the water breakthough time is little.

计算结果表明，井网的见水时间随水平井长度的增加而缩短；相同的井距和生产条件下，五点法井网的见水时间要长于九点法和七点法井网；随水平井与水平方向夹角的增大，五点法井网的见水时间缩短，七点法井网的见水时间先增加后缩短，九点法井网的见水时间增加；油藏和流体参数对井网见水时间影响不大。

Low-boiling phenols in low-temperature coal tar are important chemical raw materials. For the identification and determination of the individual phenol boiling below 210℃ in the low temperature coal tar, the methods of gas chromatography, liquid-liquid chromatography followed by ultra-violet analysis and fractional distillation followed by infrared analysis were evaluated and compared.

随着煤炼油工业的发展，煤焦油中的酚类，特别是低級酚，作为化工原料的利用很重要，我們应用(1)气液色譜法，(2)液液色譜与紫外光譜法結合及(3)精餾与紅外光譜法結合三种不同方法对210°以前的低級酚进行了各种异构体的成分分析，比較分析結果：三种方法对同一样品进行分析时，最大絕对誤差在2％以内，其中以气液色譜法最为快速，液液色譜法次之，精餾-紅外光譜法費时間較多；但后二种方法所得数据較完全。

In practical study, the essential flow is""on the basis of the study of the faults, strata denuded thickness and original thickness, analyzing the controlling effect of the faults to the sedimentation and denudation, and combined with the areal geology background, reconstructing the basin prototype of each stage"". 2. As the basic theories and methods of the calculation of the denuded thickness, such as, the methods of cosmogenic nuclides, wave equation, apatite fission track, structural sections, acoustic wave, vitrinite reflection, etc, were argued detailedly , and their applicable ranges were analyzed , the denuded strata thickness of each structural layer layer of pre-Tertiary was reconstructed.

对宇宙成因核素法、波动方程法、裂变径迹分析法、构造横剖面法、声波时差法、镜质体反射率法等计算剥蚀量方法的基本原理进行充分论证、改进，分析了各方法的适用范围，在此基础上，综合充分运用上述方法，计算了济阳坳陷前第三系各构造层在不同时期的剥蚀量，绘制了中生代时期古生界顶面的地层剥蚀量等值线图、新生代时期古生界顶面的地层剥蚀量等值线图、白垩纪沉积时侏罗系剥蚀等值线图、新生代沉积期白垩系剥蚀等值线图、新生代沉积期侏罗系剥蚀等值线图等图件，并通过对古生界地层的热变质程度分析，确定了有1500～2000m的早、中三叠世的原始沉积地层在晚三叠世被剥蚀殆尽。3。

综述了几种电弧等离子体温度场的诊断技术，阐述了光谱多线解析法、多通道辐射高温计法、散斑照相法的测量原理和光路设计，分析比较了光谱多线解析法、多通道辐射高温计法、散斑照相法等方法的优缺点。

Analysis indicates that there is little difference in the displacement of tunnel and well control of stratum displacement by both methods. Plastic zone develops more obviously above the tunnel side by CRD method and is larger by CRD method than by dual sidewall guide pit method. It is comparatively obvious that the plasticity district develops in the side direction of the tunnel by dual sidewall guide pit method and the leading influence distance is also longer than that by CRD method. The development speed of plasticity district is comparatively fast in the range of the leading 3~6 m in CRD tunnel and 0~3 m in sidewall guide pit tunnel. There are different advantages by both methods for passing through sand layer.

结果表明，采用这2种工法时引起的隧道变形相差不是很大，都能较好地控制地层的变形；采用CRD法时产生的塑性区较双侧壁法大，且向隧道侧上方发展较为明显；采用双侧壁法时产生的塑性区在隧道侧向发展较为明显，超前影响的距离也大于CRD法；采用CRD法时的塑性区在超前3~6m的范围内发展速度较快；采用双侧壁法时的塑性区在超前0~3 m的范围内发展速度较快；对于隧道穿越砂层而言，2种工法各有优势。

介绍了硫酸镁的物理、化学性质和用途，阐述了硫酸镁的生产方法及工艺流程：硫酸法，盐湖苦卤法，苦卤复晒法，高温盐溶浸法，震荡转化法，碳酸化法，二氧化硫催化法。

Average annual precipitation data of the last 30 years from 1961 to 1990 at 186 meteorological stations in Gansu and its nearby regions was compared and analyzed by Inverse distance weight tension, Spline, Ordinary Kiging methods. The result showed that the three interpolators could reflect the spatial distribution of precipitation of Gansu province. Ordinary Kriging method was the most effective, followed by Spline methods and Inverse distance weight tension method.

利用甘肃及其周边186个气象台站30年平均降水资料，分别采用了反距离加权法(In-verse distance weight tension)、样条函数法和普通克里格法等3种常见的空间内插方法较为系统的分析比较了这3种内插方法插值结果，结果表明：3种方法的结果都基本上反映了甘肃降水大体空间分布规律，而普通克里格法的插值效果最好，样条函数法次之，反距离加权法较差。
