治疗药

Treatment group was treated with valsartan and control group was treated without drugs such as ACEI or ARBs. Pmax,Pd and LADd,LVDs,LVDd were measured and compared before treatment and 6 months' after treatment. Result: There was significant difference in Pd , Pmax and LADd between treatment group and control group .

治疗组给予缬沙坦治疗，对照组给予非血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂类及非血管紧张素受体拮抗剂类降压药治疗，观察药物治疗6个月前后心电图中的Pmax和Pd及超声心动图中的左房舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径、左室舒张末内径的变化。

Results Among the 103 patients, 65 patients received lamivudine, 29 patients received interferon, and 9 patients received other nucleoside analogues. The results of HBV genotype redetermination indicated that 98 patients' genotypes remained unchanged after the medicine treatment, and genotype analysis failed of success in 5 patients.

结果 103例病人中，65例用拉米夫定治疗，29例用干扰素治疗，9例用其它核苷类药物治疗，停药后复查患者基因类型，除5例未分析出结果外，98例患者通过药物治疗基因类型均未改变。

objective to observe the effect of unithiol for the treatment of arsenic apicitis.methods sixty-three patients received therapy with 5% unithiol and the therapeutic effect was retrospectively analyzed.results 59 of 63 teeth were cured with the cure rate 92%; no effect was observed in 4 cases.conclusion unithiol can be effectively used for the treatment of arsenic apicitis.

目的 观察二巯基丙磺酸钠治疗砷性根尖炎的疗效。方法 63例患者患牙63颗接受5%二巯基丙磺酸钠治疗，回顾分析其疗效。结果 63颗患牙经本药治疗后59颗显效，占93.7%；4颗无效。结论二巯基丙磺酸钠可有效并安全用于治疗砷性根尖炎。

Methods 48 cases of unstable angina patient were divided into therapy group and control group.The control group was treated with routinely.The therapy group was treated with isosorbide dinitrate 20 mg intravenously and fraxiparine 0.4 mL subcutaneously b.i.d for 3 days.

方法48例不稳定型心绞痛病人随机分成治疗组与对照组，对照组进行常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，用异舒吉20 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉注射(40~80μg/min)，1次/d；速碧林0.4 mL皮下注射，2次/d，3 d后停药。

对象和方法：上海市心理咨询中心就诊的SAD患者中自愿参加CBGT者，符合DSM-IV关于SAD的诊断标准，性别年龄不限；记录患者的一般资料及病史资料，包括咨询号、姓名、性别、年龄、职业、文化、婚姻、家族史、病程、起病年龄、诱发因素、病前性格、既往治疗情况等及MMPI测试；参加集体治疗的SAD者治疗期间均未服用治疗SAD药物，如即往用过药者需经两周的药物清洗期，其中6例因睡眠不好于夜间睡前不定时服用小剂量安定类药物助眠。

Patients in treatment group (n=75) were treated by combination of extraorgan short wave therapy (once 20 mins/day), wild chrysanthemum suppos.(a piece, once a day, take by anus) and controlled release tablets of Doxazosini Mesylas (40 mg, once a day). Patinets in control group (n=75) were treated by extraorgan short wave therapy.

Based on above results, for well- appearing elderly advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients(KPS≥60), it is reasonable to treat them with single agent chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine which have the effects of supplementing Qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, invigorating the spleen and tonoifying the lung. As for poor- appearing patients (KPS0), traditional Chinese Medicine and symptoms release and supportive therapy should be the main choice.

因此，对于一般情况较好（KPS≥60分）的高龄晚期非小细胞肺癌患者在单药化疗的同时，配合使用益气养阴、活血化瘀、健脾益肺的中药治疗是一种较为合理的治疗途径，而对于一般情况较差（KPS0分）的患者则应以中药治疗加对症支持治疗为主。
