治疗组

Methods: 60 IgAN patients with difficent degree hematuria and proteinuria were chosen and divided into treatment group (30 cases) and contrast group (30 cases) at random. Patients of treatment group took the Qilian Maogen decoction one dosis everyday and add modern medicine conventional therapy;Patients of contrast group simple took the modern medicine conventional therapy onlyDispydamole(Persantine combine with ACEI such as Benazepril,Fosinopril.

材料与方法：选择表现为不同程度血尿及蛋白尿的IgAN患者60例，随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组给予口服芪莲茅根汤每日1剂加西医对症治疗，对照组（30例）用单纯西医对症治疗（双嘧达莫合用贝那普利或福辛普利等ACEI类药物），两组共治疗3个月。

材料与方法：选择表现为不同程度血尿及蛋白尿的IgAN患者59例，随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（29例），治疗组给予口服参茅石苇汤每日1剂加西医对症治疗，对照组（29例）用单纯西医对症治疗（双嘧达莫合用贝那普利或福辛普利等ACEI类药物），两组共治疗3个月。

The lateral rectus muscle of one eye was sectioned under anaesthesia in order to induce an esotropic squint in strabismic group and therapeutic group. In therapeutic groups, the non-squint eyelids of six 8-week-old esotropic kittens were sutured to induce the model of occlusion therapy, another six kittens were reversely occluded combined with pattern stimulus therapy.

斜视组和治疗组均在4周龄时行外直肌切断+部分切除手术，产生内斜视。8周龄时，治疗组行非斜视眼眼睑缝合造成遮盖治疗模型，其中6只猫只接受自然刺激治疗，另6只猫追加模式刺激治疗。

Results: Compared with the control group, the remission rate of treatment group was significantly higher, and the symptoms of extramedullary infiltraiton was aslo ease. Before and after treatment, the level of IFN-γ and IL-2 had marked difference in treatment group.

结果 治疗组缓解率明显高于对照组，髓外浸润症状较对照组减轻；治疗组治疗前后IFN-γ、IL-2水平比较均具有显著性差异；治疗后治疗组与对照组比较，IFN-γ、IL-2水平亦有显著性差异。

Methods Sixty patients with Tourette's syndrome were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.

方法将宫颈分泌物支原体培养阳性者随机分成两组，对照组为单纯应用阿奇霉素治疗组；观察组为安尔碘液联合阿奇霉素治疗组；两组分别于治疗开始的第10天进行宫颈拭子支原体培养，阳性者间隔两周再次复查，根据培养结果，结合症状体征判断疗效。

Clinical study: 90 patients diagnosed in The Third Hospital of Beijing University according as diagnostic standards were divided into three groups stochastically:therapy group, control group I and control group II, each group has 30 patients, the therapy group was treated by the method of clarifying and descending the lungs and the stomach, the anti－cough decoction; the control group I was given acute bronchitis syrup and Jiawei Baohe pills; the control group II only given acute bronchitis syrup, after seven days treatment, the results show that the efficiency of the therapy group is 80%, that is higher than both of the control groups(p.01), the therapeutic principle and formula is effective and valued in clinic.

临床研究部分：以2001年9月－2002年3月在北京大学第三医院中医科门诊就诊的90例有胃内伤基础的外感咳嗽患者作为观察对象，随机分为3组，治疗组治以肃肺降胃法，用自拟汤药治疗；对照组I治以急支糖浆合加味保和丸；对照组II单纯用急支糖浆，并详细记录患者临床症状和体征的变化，经一个疗程（7天）的治疗，治疗组取得了80％的显效治愈率，显著优于对照组（P.01），说明这种立法与处方是可行的，具有较高的临床价值，并进一步拓宽了治疗外感咳嗽的思路与方法。

Results 59 cases were cuerd in the treated group'the ratio of curative was 88.06%'effective 6 cases'the ratio of effective was 8.95%'ineffetive 2 cases.The average time in hospital was 19 days'the raio of rel asp e was 9.25%'during one year.25 cases were cured in the control group'the ratio of curative was 58.14%.12 cases were effective'the rateio of effective was 27.90%'6 cases was ineffective'the average treatment time was 31 days.

结果 治疗组治愈59眼'治愈率为88.06%，有效6眼，有效率8.96%，无效2眼，治疗天数平均19天，随访1年54眼中复发5眼，复发率9.26%；对照组治愈25眼，治愈率58.14%，有效12眼，有效率27.91%，无效6眼，治疗平均天数31天，随访1年23眼复发7眼，复发率30.43%；两者比较治疗组疗程和疗效均优于对照组（P.01）治愈患者随访1年，治疗组复发率比对照组明显低。

Methods 29 patients were randomly assigned to receive conventional therapy (15 patients,control group) or ω-3 fish oil fatty emulsion combined with conventional treatment (14 patients,study group).

将29例严重创伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中，治疗组14例，对照组15例。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂。
