Methods 75 cases bronchiolitis were categorized in two groups, therapy group 38 cases and control group 37 cases, conventional oxygen therapy, eliminating phlegm, anti-whezing and anti-virus were given in two groups, Montelukast was appendant in therapy group, to observe the time needed in improving the signs and symptoms of the bronchiolitis.

方法75例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组38例和对照组37例，两组病例均给予常规吸氧、祛痰平喘、抗病毒等综合治疗，治疗组加用孟鲁斯特钠，观察症状、体征改善时间。结果治疗组7天治愈率明显高于对照组(P.01)差异具有统计学意义。

RESULTS The blood biochemistry index of the huanghankang treated group is much lower than others; The RPE thickness of the three groups has no difference; Compare to the positive control group, the Bruch membrane thickness of the huanghankang treated group is thinner.

结果 黄斑康治疗组血脂、血液流变学、丙二醛（maleic dialdehyde，MDA）指标明显低于阳性药物对照组和阴性对照组；黄斑康治疗组与阴性对照组、阳性药物对照组比较，色素上皮（retinal pigment epithelium，RPE）厚度无明显差异；黄斑康治疗组与阳性药物对照组比较，玻璃膜厚度变薄；黄斑康治疗组与阴性对照组比较，玻璃膜厚度变薄。

Results The peak of serum CINC concentrations occurred 3 h after reperfusion with the difference between the groups with and without ONO-5046 being significant. Expression peak of CINC mRNA in the pancreatic graft occurred 3 h after reperfusion with the expression level in the ONO-5046 treated group significantly lower than in the ONO-5046 untreated group. Results The recovery time of bowel sound was 8-112 h (M=28 h) in the treated group and 16-24 h (M=46 h) in the control group, with a significant difference P=(0.0001. The time of anal exsufflation in the treated group was 2-116 h (M=56 h), and 24-147 h (M=82 h) in the control group, with a significant difference (P=0.0001). The electroenterogram revealed that control activity, continuous response activity and contractive electrical complex were significantly stronger in the treated group than in the control group.

Methods: 38 cases were divided randomly into therapy group(19 cases) and control group(19 cases). The therapy group had taken Modified decoction of coptis for detoxification orally and washed it out; the control group were given potassium permanganate solution by hip bath. The two groups were both fit manipulating together. The changes of primary clinical symptoms in all cases were observed and given evaluation after treatment.
