治疗组

156 cases of pediatric outpatients with ostium praeputiale stenostomia, smegma praeputii residual and acrobystia-balanus accretion collected from January of 2005 to October of 2007 were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. MEBO group and erythromyein ointment group. Both groups were treated with surgeries of ostium praeputiale distention, smegma praeputii clearance, and acrobystia-balanus syneehiolysis, and then post-surgery pain was compared by visual analongue cale in the three time periods after surgeries. The observation of recovery and aerobystia re-accretion was taken over the three months following visits post surgery.

2005年1月～2007年10月门诊156例包皮口狭窄、包皮垢残留及包皮龟头粘连症的儿童，随机分为湿润烧伤膏治疗组及红霉素软膏对照组，均采用包皮口扩张、包皮垢清除及包皮龟头粘连分离术治疗，术后疼痛采用视觉类比量表(Visual analongue cale， VAS)对两组术后3个时间段疼痛程度进行对比，对比痊愈情况，同时术后观察三个月，包皮是否再粘连。

将90 例急性进展性脑梗死患者随机分为2组：治疗组45例，采用硫酸氢氯吡格雷75mg， 1次/d，连用10d，同时低分子肝素钠0.5ml腹部皮下注射， 2次/d，连用10d，其他除不用肠溶阿司匹林外，余治疗同对照组；对照组45例，用肠溶阿司匹林100mg口服， 1次/d，血栓通250mg+NS 250ml静滴，1次/d，共10d。

采用随机、双盲、乙肝宁阳性对照的方法，将120例已确诊为慢性乙型肝炎轻、中度患者，且中医辨证属于湿热熏蒸兼气虚或又兼血瘀患者按3：1比例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予解毒护肝颗粒，每次服用一袋(17克／袋，含药物10克，安慰剂7克)，一日三次。

结果在模型制备后第35天，治疗组18只眼发生牵引性视网膜脱离，占56.3%，对照组26只眼发生，占81.3%(χ2=4.655，p=0.031)；玻璃体视网膜增生程度治疗组较对照组明显减轻(秩和检验，u=3.5419，p＜0.001)；未发现ver对角膜上皮有明显毒性反应。结论结膜下注射ver能有效抑制外伤性pvr的发展，减少牵引性视网膜脱离的发生率；ver在实验所用剂量对角膜上皮无明显毒性反应。

The two groups were given cardiac tonics, vasodilating agents and diuretics; treatment group was additionally given raw rhubarb powder, with a course of one week.
