Methods 24 rabbits were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. There were 12 rabbits (24 articular genus) in every group. Osteoarthritis model was established by injection of caroid in articular genu intracavitary. Rabbits with osteoarthritis were interfered by Duhuojisheng decoction.

将24只兔随机分为2组，即对照组和治疗组，各12只，24个膝关节，采用兔膝关节腔内注入木瓜蛋白酶造成骨关节炎的病理模型，以独活寄生汤浓缩液喂食饲养，于治疗后1、3、5 周分别抽取关节液，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法，分别测定兔膝关节液中IL-1及TNF 表达水平。

Results: Compared to healthy subjects, the levels of plasma ET, NO, ET/NO, AMY and uric AMY in patients with SAP increased significantly. All determined indexes, catabatic time of bellyache and time of hospitalization in treated group decreased significantly compared to control group.

结果 SAP组较正常对照组ET、NO、ET/NO及血、尿淀粉酶显著增高；治疗后治疗组较对照组各值明显降低，腹痛缓解及住院时间明显缩短。

The cases in control group were given 0.3g aspirin for chawing, 5000u low molecular weight haperins were injected abdominally once for 12 hours total for 10 days one course. in the morning they took 0.1g aspirin and 75mg clopidogrel bisulfate, in the mean while, simvastatin betaloc, captopril and nitrogly cerin were used. while the cases in treatment group were pumped intravenous of 0.4ug/kg.min hydrochloride tirofiban sodium at the first 30 minutes, then as 01ug/kg.min for 24 hours on the basis treatment of the control group.

对照组以阿司匹林0.3 嚼碎顿服，低分子肝素5000u，腹壁皮下注射12h1次，共10d，阿司匹林0.1晨服，波立维75mg晨服，及应用辛伐他汀、倍他乐克、卡托普利、硝酸甘油等治疗；治疗组在此基础上应用盐酸替罗非班氯化钠注射液，前30min以0.4ug/kg/min负荷输入，后以0.1ug/kg/min静脉泵输入维持24h；观察两组疗效。

Results Bone mineral density in lumbar spine(L1～L4) and collum femoris of the treatment group and control group significantly increased , the treatment group increased more significantly than control group.

结果 治疗组和对照组患者腰椎(L1～L4)及股骨颈骨密度明显增加，治疗组较对照组增加显著。

114 cases ulcerative colonitis from jan. 2005 to dec. 2008 in our hospital were divided into two groups. 63 cases in treatment group were given herbal decotion, 51 cases in control group were given sulfasalazine orally with succinic acid hydrogenation cortisone edema.

选择2005年1月至2008年12月来我院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者114例，随机分为两组，治疗组63例服用自拟中药汤剂治疗；对照组51例采用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服，琥珀酸氢化可的松灌肠。

Results The two groups were all observed and followed-up,the treatment group on therapeutic effect,the mucosa change under colonoscope and bowel mucosa pathohistology change were higher than that of the control group（the former efficiency were 93.18%、95.45%、95.45%）,and adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group.

结果 治疗组44例、对照组39例完成观察和随访。治疗组在临床疗效、结肠镜下黏膜改变、肠黏膜病理组织学改变方面均优于对照组（前者有效率分别为93.18%、95.45%、95.45%）。不良反应低于对照组。
