Methods From the January,2003 to the December,2008,when we were working in the Xuanhan people,s Hospital and Chengdu Geriatric Hospital,The 39 patients diagnosed Binswanger Disease were admitted, Randomized went in treatment group or control group.All in the general treatment,meanwhile,the control group add Shuxuening 15ml,intervenous drop infusion,once a day.The treatment group add Fibrinolysin,iv gtt,once a day.Both using for 7 days.

2003年1月～2008年12月我们在宣汉县人民医院和成都市老年病医院工作期间，共收治皮质下动脉硬化性脑病患者39例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，在"基础治疗"的同时，对照组加舒血宁注射液15ml，静滴，每日1次；治疗组加纤溶酶注射液200U，静滴，每日1次，均用7d。

Methods 92 patients with severe icteric viral hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups:46 patients in the treatment group were treated with Oxymatrine injection 0.3g,once per day,and the another 46 treated with Yinzhihuang injection 30ml IV drip.

方法将92例重度黄疸肝炎的患者随机为治疗组46例，对照组46例，治疗组用苦参素注射液0.3g，每天1次；对照组给予茵栀黄注射液30ml加入50%葡萄糖注射液250ml，静脉滴注，每天1次，不加其他退黄药物，治疗前后比较总胆红素和直接胆红素值。
