Methods 126 cases with deep burn wounds of extremity joints were divided into two groups. 63 cases in treatment group were treated with cogranfts of allogenic acellular demal matrix and autogenetic split-thickness skin to cover the wound.

2002～2006年我科收治关节部位深度烧伤患者126例，随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各63例，治疗组采用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮基质与自体刃厚皮复合移植一次修复关节部位72个；对照组74个关节部位采用自体断层皮移植。

The higher contract rate and the quicker healing speed appeared in treat group. The result from the hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that the epidermis is thicker in treat group than that in control group. A few BrdU positive cells appeared on the hair follicle of the rengenerate skin and the stratum basale and the stratum of the rengenerate epidermis.

常规病理检测治疗组再生皮肤表皮层明显增厚，细胞数目显著增多；免疫组化检测，在治疗组再生皮肤附件毛囊内层以及表皮基底层、棘层可见BrdU阳性标记细胞。

结果 治疗组对风湿、类风湿、强直性脊柱炎、颈肩腰腿痛、寒湿阻络证、寒热错杂证、痰瘀阻络证总有效率分别为98.89%，94.00%，96.15%，94.05%，98.22%，94.84%，95.52%；对照组分别为46.67%，20.00%，13.33%，45.00%，41.46%，10.53%，47.62%，显示中药汽疗仪辨证施药雾化透皮法对四病三证的总有效率均超过90%，对照组总有效率均未能达到50%，两组病证分别相比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01或P＜0.001）；治疗组在改善临床症状、体征和实验室指标等方面的疗效肯定（P＜0.05或P＜0.01），研究过程中未发现严重的不良反应。

Five rats were randomly selected for the check of histopathology before the end of model confirmedly making, and then the model rats were randomly divided into model group and infrared group with 11 in each group.

Results In standard large trauma craniectomy group,21 cases got good recovery(65.6%) and 5 were dead(15.6%).

结果标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术治疗组32例中，恢复良好21例(占65.6%)，死亡5例(占15.6%)；常规骨瓣开颅手术组24例中，恢复良好9例(占37.5%)，死亡10例(占41.7%)。2组对比，恢复良好率和死亡率差异有统计学意义(P.05)，标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术治疗组预后明显优于常规骨瓣开颅手术组。

Consenting diabetic patients with multivessel disease will be randomized on a 1:1 basis to either CABG or multivessel stenting using DESs and observed at 30 days, 1 year, and annually for up to 5 years.

设计：多中心，前瞻性随机化入组至少2000例糖尿病患者，并接受PCI或CABG治疗，患者签知情同意书后被随机分为CABG组或药物洗脱支架治疗组，在30天，1年和随后5年中每年1次随访。

Methods:the treatment group were treated with luowei, dipyridamole,pearl-sago po,and human recombined interferon a-2b and vitamine a emulsifiable paste for external application;the contral group were treated with anti-virus drugs,the drugs for external application were same to the treatment group.

治疗组口服阿昔洛韦片、潘生丁片、西米替丁片，外用重组人干扰素a-2b乳膏和维a酸乳膏；对照组口服病毒灵片，外用药物同治疗组。两组10 d为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察疗效。

两组有效率比较及两组痊愈率比较统计学均有非常显著性差异(p＜0.01)，治疗组显著优于对照组。结论：口服阿昔洛韦、西米替丁、潘生丁，外用重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶和维a酸乳膏交替外涂综合疗法治疗扁平疣疗效显著可靠，值得临床推广。

96 pediatric cases, suffering from faciocervical bums, admitted by our department during the period of January 2005 and June 2007 were chosen and randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, which were treated respectively with MEBO and SD-Ag, and were studied comparatively.

选择我科2005年1月～2007年6月收治的96例婴幼儿面颈部烧伤患者，随机分成治疗组及对照组，治疗组采取MEBO方法，对照组同期应用SD-Ag方法，两组进行对比研究。

Results: The overall effective rates of treated group and control group were 83.2% and 76.67%, and the excellent effective rates of the two Groups were 49.1% and 40.00%(P＞0.05), but Xi-chen-tong-shu capsule had an better effect for main syndromes such as hemiplegia, crooked tongue and facial palsy, inflexible tongue, logagnosia, hemianesthesia, etc.

结果：希臣通舒胶囊治疗组总有效率为83.2%，显效率为49.1%。心脑舒通胶囊对照组总有效率为76.67%，显效率为40.00%。两组疗效比较，无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。但对半身不遂，口舌歪斜，舌强言謇或不语，偏身麻木为主症的显效率，治疗组为58.49%，对照组为46.67%。
