选用动情周期正常(4～5天)的健康清洁级SD雌性大鼠60只，鼠龄3个月，体重230±20g，随机分为6组，每组10只：即正常对照组，模型对照组，模型加加减温经汤低剂量组，模型加加减温经汤中剂量组，模型加加减温经汤高剂量组(简称为&高剂量组&，低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组又合称为&治疗组&)，桃红四物汤组。
