治疗组

Methods 68 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (n=42) were treated with 10mg phentolamine mesilate, 160mg hepatocyte growth-promoting factors once daily by intravenous drip, and 1.6mg thymosin α1, two weekly by subcutis. The control group (n=26) was given 160mg PHGF once daily by intravenous drip. Two groups were given other composite treatment. Before and after treatment, blood test, hepatic function and coagulation function of the two groups were detected respectively.

68例重型肝炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组（42例）给予酚妥拉明10mg，PHGF 160mg每日1次静脉滴注，胸腺肽α1 1.6mg，每周2次皮下注射；对照组（26例）给予PHGF 160mg，每日1次静脉滴注，两组疗程均为1月，分别观察2组病例治疗前后的血常规、肝功能、凝血功能等指标。

12H treatment group compared with 12h model group: the level of MCP-1 of the Gardenoside group decreased and MIP-1 is no different with the model group; the level of the MCP-1, MIP-1 of the Baicalin group are no different with the model group; the level of MCP-1, MIP-1 of the Concha Margatitifera Usta decreased than the model; the level of MCP-1 of the Cholic Acid group is no different and the level of MIP-1 decreased than the model; the level of MCP-1 of the Hefang Group decreased and the level of MIP-1 of it decreased than the model group.

合方治疗脑缺血24小时组缺血脑组织nNos光密度值较缺血24小时模型组明显降低（p＜0.01）。细胞的死亡分为坏死和凋亡两种方式，凋亡是细胞为避免对机体造成更大损伤而采取的一种程序性的死亡方式。珍珠母、胆酸、栀子苷、黄芩苷、合方治疗组较脑缺血24小时模型组可明显降低P53阳性表达，考虑药物抑制细胞凋亡可以起到对缺血脑组织的保护作用。

RESULTS:The SP and VIP content was evidently reduced in the treatment group compared to the model group; whole blood viscosity of blood rheology index, fibrinogen viscosity and packed cell volume were reduced in the treatment group as compared to the model group, which could evidently inhibit auricular swelling in mice and arthroncus in rats, raise the percentage of pain threshold, phagocytic index and rate of celiac macrophage and effect the spleen, the peripheral immune organ in mice.

结果：治疗组SP、VIP较模型组明显降低；血液流变学指标全血粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、红细胞压积测定，治疗组较模型组降低；能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠关节肿胀；提高小鼠痛阈百分率；提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬率；对外周免疫器官脾脏有明显影响。

Methods 200 patitents were studied. 100 cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with craniopuncture as therapy group and another 100 cerebral hemorrhage patients with conservative therapy as control group.

选择脑出血患者共200例，作为观察对象，一组为锥颅碎吸治疗组100例，另一组为单纯药物治疗组100例，作为对照组。

Observation with transmission electron microscope showed that interalveolar septa were widened with increased amount of collagen in the MP infected rats while there were no obvious abnormalities in the other two groups.(2) Positive expression of bFGF mRNA were found in alveolar walls of MP infected rats. No expression of bFGF mRNA was found in control animals. In the rats infected with MP but treated with erythromycin positive expression of bFGF mRNA was found to be scarcely distributed in alveolar walls.

2感染组动物肺泡壁见明显的bFGF mRNA阳性表达颗粒，对照组基本未见bFGF mRNA阳性表达，感染加红霉素治疗组仅见散在分布的少许bFGF mRNA阳性表达；定量分析结果表明，感染组bFGF mRNA阳性表达的积分吸光度为41.32±10.44，与对照组(0.30±0.13)和感染加红霉素治疗组(6.03±2.41)比较，差异有显著性( P ＜0.01)。

Methods 100 cases were randomized into treatment group in which 50 cases were treated with Safflower injection via carotid artery infusion, added Safflower injection 20ml into 0.9% sodium chloride injection 60ml with the 4ml/min velocity, once a day; control group in which 50 cases were treated with venous drip of Safflower injection, added Safflower injection 20ml into 0.9% sodium chloride injection 500ml. After therapy, the curative effect、 myodynamia and hemorrheology were compared between the two groups.

将100例脑梗死患者随机分为红花注射液颈动脉灌注组50例和红花注射液静脉滴注组50例，治疗组：于0.9%氯化钠注射液60ml中加入红花注射液20ml，以4ml/min的滴速经颈动脉灌注；对照组：以红花注射液20ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml中静滴，20天后对两组疗效进行分析并观察治疗前后肢体肌力及血液流变学变化。

Hemorrhagic stroke Sprague Dawley rat model was made by injecting collagenase type Ⅶ and hepathrom stereotaxically, Rats were randomly divided into fake operation group, model group and enema group, take orally group, in three time point (3 days, 5 days, 7 days) we observed the change of cerebral vessels permeability, encephaledema and HSP70 immunohistochemistry, HO-1mRNA hybridization in situ.

结果表明，通腑醒神液直肠滴注较灌胃起效快，能尽快促使昏迷患者神志清醒，意识清醒时间平均为4.94天，而灌胃组为6.9天，经统计学处理有极显著性差异；明显改善患者的昏迷程度，第8天治疗组Glasgow-Pittsburgh昏迷评分值平均为29.39分，对照组为26.60分，经统计学处理有极显著性差异；治疗后14天临床疗效比较，通腑醒神液直肠滴注组总显效为54.84%，总有效率为80.65%，而灌胃组总显效为43.33%，总有效率为66.67%，经统计学处理无差异性，可能为样本量过少有关，尚需进一步增加样本量评估。

Results IL-6 and the other indexes were improved by stachyose. The pathological process of liver in preventive group and late treatment group were improved.
