将新生儿上消化道出血58例随机分成治疗组和对照组，两组的原发病综合治疗相同，治疗组30例，胃内注入凝血酶及雷尼替丁作局部治疗。

Methods 180 patients who were diagnosed CAG after gastroscopic and pathological examination recruited into the study and randomly divided into three groups with 60 examples in each group.

选择经胃镜检查符合慢性萎缩性胃炎患者180例，随机分为替普瑞酮组、胃复春组和联合治疗组各60例，联合治疗组给予胃复春和替普瑞酮，疗程均为12周，观察治疗前后症状变化，并复查胃镜及活检进行组织病理学改善的评估。

Methods］ninety femal sd rats,weight 230～280 gram,were rangdonmized into three groups: qiangguyin group,miacalcic group and control group.all rats were variectomized.after 10 weeks,the osteoporosis model succeed,the treatment group,contrast group were given qiangguyin,miacalcic respectively.the treatment group used qiangguyin everyday,1ml/g.the contrast group used miacalcic 0.72u/kg,everyday hyodermic.and 3,4.5,6 months after the treatment,kill 10 rats to explore.the neck of femur were cut and stined with masson golder trichrome for bone histomorphomemetric contrast group analysis.

方法］健康雌性sd大鼠90只，体重230～280g。随机分为3组，分别为治疗组、对照组和空白组，每组30只。分别采取切除双侧卵巢方法进行骨质疏松造模，10周造模成功后，开始给药，治疗组用自拟强骨饮灌胃，每日一次，每次1ml/g，对照组用密盖息，皮下注射，每日1次，每次0.72u/kg。空白组，不做处理。在给药后3、4.5、6个月每组各取10只大鼠进行检测，先测量体重，空气栓塞处死，分离股骨颈，获得股骨颈样本，经切片等处理后，显微镜下作骨形态计量学检测。

Methods 80 patients with chf were divided randomly into regular treatment group treated with diuretic+digoxin+acei, and bisoprolol treatment group treated with regular treatment plus bisoprolol. all the patients were followed up for twelve months and observed the changes of homodynamic, internal diameter of left ventricle, lvef and 6-minutes walk test.

目的 探讨颈动脉灌注红花注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效方法将100例脑梗死患者随机分红花注射液颈动脉灌注组50例和红花注射液静脉滴注组50例，治疗组：于0.9%氯化钠注射液60ml中加入红花注射液20ml，以4ml/min的滴速经颈动脉灌注；对照组：以红花注射液20ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml中静滴，20天后对两组疗效进行分析并观察治疗后肢体肌力及血液流变学变化。

结果 54例患者血微生物培养共获得真菌菌株60株，念珠菌是主要病原体，占86.7%；6例(11.1%)为两种真菌混合感染；22例(40.7%)伴随细菌血症；总病死率68.5%，真菌血症相关病死率治疗组28.9%，未治疗组88.9%，两组比较χ2=11.268，P＜0.01；两性霉素B及氟康唑治疗有效率分别为68.8%和70.8%，两者联合治疗有效率为80.0%。
