目的：研究硝苯地平对恢复期氟乙酰胺中毒患者的脑电图的影响方法：将氟乙酰胺中毒病例随机分治疗组和对照组，两组都使用常规治疗，在此基础上，对治疗组病例在中毒1周后给予硝苯地平治疗。

Methods 37 patients was randomly divided into the test group(21 cases) and the control group(17 cases).The test group was treated by the method of iodine cautery combined with medicine,the control group was treated only by medicine.The therapeutic effect between the two groups were analysed by statistics analysis.

结果：(1)模型组肺泡炎、肺纤维化程度都明显重于对照组，肺泡炎、肺纤维化第7、14、28d差异显著(P＜0.05)；TNF-α、TGF-β_1、FN蛋白表达明显上调(P＜0.01)；(2)治疗组B组第7、14、28d肺泡炎、肺纤维化程度较模型组明显减轻，TNF-α、TGF-β_1、FN蛋白表达明显下调(P＜0.05)：(3)治疗组C组第28d肺泡炎、肺纤维化程度与模型组相似，TNF-α、TGF-β_1、FN蛋白表达与A组比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。

Results:The rate of tumor shrinkage and necrosis was 46.8% and 20.7%,while the contrast group was 78.9%,49.2% respectively(P＜0.05).There were significant difference(P＜0.05)for 2year survival rate in singlelesion group,nondistant metastasis group and combinedtherapy group.

结果：单纯TACE组的肿瘤总缩小率和肿瘤完全坏死率分别为46.8%和20.7%，联合治疗组分别为78.9%、49.2%（P均＜0.05），单病灶组、无转移灶组及联合治疗组的2年生存率高于多病灶组、有转移组和单纯TACE组（P均＜0.05）。
