OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the new type of membrane plasma separator Evacure-4A prepared by ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer on severe hepatitis patients, in addition, to compare the results versus that of PS-06 membrane plasma separator.

目的：观察由乙烯、乙烯醇共聚物制备的新型膜型血浆分离器Evacure-4A(EC-4A)治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效，并与由聚乙烯磺基制备的PS-06膜型血浆分离器进行对比分析。

Methods The rats were injected abdominally with econopred 24.5mg/kg for twice per week, and the early models of HANFH were successfully induced after six weeks. 32 rats were divided randomly into two groups, the treatment group (n=l6) were administrated with Taohong Siwu decoction, and the control group (n=16) with physiological saline.

模型组每周2次腹腔注射醋酸泼尼松龙24.5mg/kg，经6周诱导出早期激素性股骨头缺血坏死的模型，随机分为治疗组16只和对照组16只，分别灌服桃红四物汤和生理盐水，在灌胃后第6、8周，检测股骨头局部TGF-β1 mRNA的转录水平。

Methods: All of 28 severe patients of pulmonary infection were performing mechanical ventilation because of Ⅰ-type of Ⅱ-type respiratory failure. They all accepted the treatment of bronchofibroscope lavage under the monitoring of ECG, blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation. Mean while, the antibiotics and apophlegmatic drug were used too.

对合并严重肺部感染出现Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭而行有创机械通气的各种危重症患者28例，均在全身应用抗菌药物、祛痰药的基础上，在实时心电、血压、血氧饱和度、呼吸监测下进行床旁经纤支镜灌洗治疗。

Methods The patients with ventilator were divided into four groups according to the type of the heated humidifier (MR410,MR730)and ambient temperature(26 ℃～28 ℃,18 ℃～20 ℃),then the temperature of the inlet chamber,the temperature and humidity of the outlet chamber and the aspiratory chamber and the airway secretions characteristics of each group were compared.

方法根据湿化器类型(MR410、MR730)、环境温度的高低(26℃～28℃、18℃～20℃)将应用呼吸机治疗的患者分为四组，比较各组间湿化器输入端温度、输出端温度和湿度、吸入端温度和湿度，并比较各组患者气道分泌物的性状。

Methods The level of serum and urinary tissue-type plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAT-1) were measured in 38 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, 28 patients with nephropathy syndrome, 36 patients with chronic renal failure and 20 healthy subjects by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assary. The relationship among urinary t-PA, PAI-l and serum t-PA, PAT-1, urinary protein, serum creatinine were also observed. Results Levels of serum t-PA, PAI-1 in chronic kidney diseases increased remarkably compared with control group.

选择38例慢性肾小球肾炎，28例肾病综合征，36例非透析治疗的慢性肾功能不全和20例正常对照作为研究对象，应用ELISA法检测血清和尿液中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂－1(PAI-1)的浓度，同时分析尿中t-PA和PAI-1的水平与血t-PA、PAI-1、血肌酐和24h尿蛋白总量之间相关性。

Activity of liver sod in high-dose of alcoholic extracts of averrhoa carambola l.root group significantly increased（p＜0.05）, while concentration of mda in liver decreased markedly（p＜0.01）.conclusionthe alcoholic extracts of averrhoa carambola l.root could relieve the reaction of lipid peroxide and has significant hypoglycemic effect in stz-induced diabetic mice. it is a potential hypoglycemic agent of treatment diabetes and its complication.

结论阳桃根醇提物能够减轻stz诱导的糖尿病小鼠脂质过氧化反应，降低血糖，是一种具潜在开发意义的治疗糖尿病及其并发症的药物。

In order to overcome the problem of multidrug resistance in human epidemic carcinomata anti-adriamycin cells (KB-A-1), the antisense and antigene oligonucleotides were used to investigate their effectiveness on inhibiting the mdr1 gene expression. The effectiveness of antisense or antigene oligonucleotide on inhibiting the multidrug resistance was detected by MTT colometric assay and ELISA.
