治疗方案

In order to have a meaningful outcome in the charged particle therapy, the protocol design may be very important, and for the past 10 years we have treated most of the patients based on almost 50 protocols.

为了在粒子治疗方面获得预期的成果，制定诊疗规范是非常重要的。在过去的10年时间里，以近50种疾病的诊疗方案为基础，我们治疗了大多数的病人。

In this paper, six measures were suggested to meet above-mentioned points, namely, standardization of indications, routinization of pathogenetic diagnosis in infectious diseases, rationalization of drug selection in infectious diseases, institutionalization of surveillances and feedback of resistance information, individualization of medication in anti-infection treatment, and daily assessment of therapeutic value.

笔者提出"六化"，即做到用药适应证规范化，做到感染性疾病病原学诊断常规化，提倡感染性疾病病原学治疗选药合理化，逐步做到推广病原菌耐药性信息监测与反馈制度化，强调抗感染治疗用药方案个体化，评价疗效制度日常化。

It will increase resistance of acute leukemia cells anticancer drug concentration and lower resistance the expression of Pgp. Pre-Clinical Experimental Research also shows that the conventional chemotherapy combined with the powder of thunberg fritillary bulb for the treatment of acute leukemia. Clinical complete response rate was higher, especially for patients with refractory or relapsed leukemia patients better clinical remission rate. 先期基础研究已证实：临床常用的化痰散结中药浙贝母提取的生物碱体外及动物实验均有逆转白血病多药耐药的生物活性，能增加耐药的急性白血病细胞内抗癌药物浓度，降低耐药蛋白Pgp的表达；临床预实验研究也表明，常规化疗方案配合浙贝母粉用于急性白血病临床治疗，其临床完全缓解率明显高于对照组，尤其对难治及复发白血病患者临床缓解率更佳；此外，单药浙贝母颗粒配合化疗治疗RAL的临床研究亦显示中药在提高难治性白血病临床疗效方面安全可靠。

With the development of gene cloning technology, ganulocyte colony-stimulating factor recombinant products have been widely used in clinic to provide effective means for the treatment of leucopenia,In recent years, we find the therapy of chemotherapeutics combining with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor is effective in refractory/relapsed/elderly cases of acute leukaemia.

随着基因克隆技术的发展，粒细胞集落刺激因子重组产品已广泛应用于临床，为血液系统疾病的治疗提供了有力手段。目前在临床上广泛用于白细胞减少性疾病。近年来在化疗基础上联用粒细胞集落刺激因子的预激方案也取得良好疗效，为难治、复发、老年急性髓系白血病的治疗创造了机会。

Objectives:To study the effect of nutritional support on acute renal failure.Methods:On the basis of common treatemnt,total parenteral nutrition were given in 12 patients with ARF.The nonprotein calorie and NPC∶nitrogen were 104.6～125.5 kJ/ and 600～1000∶1 in simple ARF,and 125.5～146.4 kJ/kg .

对12例ARF病人在综合治疗的基础上给予全肠外营养治疗，并对ARF的二种临床类型(单纯型3例和表现为多脏器功能障碍综合症的9例)采用不同的TPN方案，二组的热量分别为104.6～125.5 kJ/kg 。

Methods The same therapy was used to treat 54 cases of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis and 60 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis without diabetes,compare the clinic symptoms,X ray representation of the chest,laboratory results,and curative efect of group A with group B.
