This is a retrospective case analysis study; Review 66 RB cases in Beijing Tongren Hospital from August 2006 to September 2007, diagnosed by ultrasound, radiology examination (CT scan/MRI) and RetCam retina examination; Classified all the patients according to International Intraocular Retinoblastoma Classification, focal therapy were applied in Group A, systemic chemotherapy (CCTV protocol, Cyclosporine, Carboplatin, Teneposide and Vincrinstine) plus operation (include focal therapy, enucleation and orbital exenteration) in Group B,C,D and E; follow-up more than 6 months.

通过回顾性病例分析研究，总结2006年8月至2007年9月本院收治的经过眼部超声、影像学以及眼底照相检查（RetCam婴幼儿眼底照相机）确诊为RB的患儿共66人，按照国际眼内视网膜母细胞瘤分期系统分期，A期选择局部治疗，B、C、D、E期在系统化疗（CCTV方案，环孢霉素、卡铂、替尼泊苷、长春新碱）的基础上，联合手术（包括局部治疗、眼球摘除和眶内容剜出）治疗，随访6个月以上。

Methods: The residual lymphoblast percentage of bone marrow was evaluated on day 14 during a four-drug induction in 21 children with ALL. Telomerase activity of bone marrow cell was determined by telomere repeat amplification protocol -silver stain technique at differential clinical stages.
