Use somatostatin after PD can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

PD后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，Ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，Ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。

objective:to investigate the therapeutic action of somatostatin in pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.methods: to collect 100 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy during 2003～2006,contrast 44 patients use somatostatin after pancreaticoduodenectomy as experimental group,and 56 patients with conventional therapy as control group.results:there were no pancreatic leakage case in the modified group of 44 cases.3 cases complicating pancreatic leakage occurd in control group,and the proportion of pancreatic leakage are different examined by statistic mathord.conclusions:use somatostatin after pd can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

作者单位：潍坊医学院，潍坊 261042；潍坊市人民医院肝胆外科，潍坊 261042 目的：探讨生长抑素在胰十二指肠切除术后减少胰漏的作用。方法：收集2003年1月～2006年12月施行pd患者100例，术后应用生长抑素持续泵入病人44例，并与同期施行的pd术后常规应用全肠外营养及抗生素治疗病人56例，结果进行了对比观察。结果：实验组病人44例无1例发生胰漏，对照组56例病人，3例发生不同程度的胰漏，发生率5.3%，统计学比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）。结论： pd后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。

我科自2000年1月至2006年12月，共治疗新生儿泪囊炎178例、230眼，疗效满足，报告分析如下。1资料和方法1.1一般资料新生儿泪囊炎患儿168例、230眼，男102例，女66例，年龄：2d~3个月，均为本院眼科门诊确诊的新生儿泪囊炎患儿。1.2治疗方法小于1个月的首次就治患儿采用按摩滴药法，治疗1~2周，每日滴药前按摩2~3min，大于1个月的患儿，如滴药治疗1~2周未见明显好转仍有流泪及分泌物者，应用药物加压冲洗泪道，采用自制不同型号尼龙管头皮静脉针头磨钝，制成直的冲洗针，常规操作，针头插入泪小管后，将尼龙管用胶布固定于头部，进行冲洗，1次/d，冲洗液用氧氟沙星加地塞米松稀释液，加压冲洗3~4次，仍然无效的，进行常规泪道探通术操作。1.3治疗标准无流泪、无分泌物、泪道冲洗畅通，反之则无效，结果168例，230眼，治愈166例，228眼，其中按摩治疗49例，冲洗86眼，探通31眼。。。

objective to discover the therapeutic effect on herpes zoster treated by orpiment and earthworm in compound tinclura.methods oet was externally used on 43 cases in treatment group,phthiobuzonum liniment and 1% chinese goldthread calamine lotion were externally used on 41 cases in control group,and in addtion the two groups were intravenous injected by drip acyclovir 500mg qd.results the comparison of observation index between the two groups had diversity on significance of statistics(p＜0.01 or p＜0.05).conclusion oet external used on herpes zoster patient get a better curative effect.

目的 观察复方雄黄地龙酊治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法治疗组43例外用oet，而对照组41例外用酞丁安搽剂和1%黄连炉甘石洗剂，两组均静滴阿昔洛韦500mg，每日1次。结果两组在观察指标（止痛、止疱、结痂、痊愈、后遗神经痛发生率）的比较中，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.01或p＜0.05）。结论外用复方雄黄地龙酊治疗带状疱疹，效果良好。复方雄黄地龙酊；带状疱疹

Objective To investigate the curative effect of left ventricular hypertrophy with uretic indapamide, Methods 96 patients wiht LVH were divided into two groups, 50 patients in A group were treated with indapamide 2,5～5mg/d, and 46 patients in B group with nifedipine 20～60mg/d for 12 months, Results Blood pressure、interventricular septum thickness、left ventricular posterior wall thickness、left ventricular mass index and left ventricular ejection fraction in all cases were improved after treatment, A group was better than B in LVEF, Conclusion Both indapamide and nifedipine can regress LVH, and improve left heart function

目的 观察新型噻嗪类利尿剂吲达帕胺逆转左心室肥厚的效果。方法 96例高血压LVH患者，分别给予吲达帕胺(A组，50例)2，5～5mg/d和硝苯地平控释片(B 组，46例)20～60mg/d持续12个月治疗，观察治疗前后血压及左室结构变化。结果两组治疗前后血压、室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度、心室重量指数和左心室射血分数均有改善(P＜0，05～0，01)，A组在改善LVEF方面优于B组(P＜0，05)。结论吲达帕胺具有与硝苯地平类似的逆转LVH作用，有明显改善左心功能作用。

The result shows that treatment of model rats motor and sensory function applied in 6h is better than in 12h ;short time effect ,DXM effect is better than MiBo electropuncture better than Shu Bo electropuncture,;remote effect ,MiBo electropuncture is better than ShuBo electropuncture, better than Dexamethosam when treatment is applied in 6h;remote effect ,DXM has no ascendancy ,but JiaJi electropuncture effect is good when treatment is applied in 12h.

结果表明：伤后6h内进行治疗较伤后12h进行治疗，能更好地促进损伤大鼠的运动及感觉功能恢复，并且脊髓损伤早期，地塞米松治疗疗效优于密波组，疏波组；脊髓损伤中晚期，密波组疗效好于疏波组，好于药物组。
