Objective: To investigate different therapies and results of acute gouty arthritis of knee joint.

目的：探讨不同治疗方法对急性痛风性膝关节炎的治疗效果。

All patients are prohibited to use any other KOA medicine during treatment period.

There were 12 rabbits (24 articular genus) in every group. Osteoarthritis model was established by injection of caroid in articular genu intracavitary. Rabbits with osteoarthritis were interfered by Duhuojisheng decoction. The expression of IL-1 and TNF from synovial fluid in rabbit with osteoarthritis were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA 1, 3, 5 weeks after treatment.

将24只兔随机分为2组，即对照组和治疗组，各12只，24个膝关节，采用兔膝关节腔内注入木瓜蛋白酶造成骨关节炎的病理模型，以独活寄生汤浓缩液餵食饲养，於治疗后1、3、5 周分别抽取关节液，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法，分别测定兔膝关节液中IL-1及TNF 表达水平。

Methods and Results 194 cases of genual osteoarthritis were randomly divided into tuina group, plaster compress group and combined group, The general effective rate of the tuina group is 80.00%, the plaster compress group is 81.25%; and that of the combined group is 88.54%, but the Control group is 80.56%.
