objective to elucidate the choice of three defferent ways as well as the clinical efficacy in the treatment of pilon fracture and different damages of skin and tissue.methods 29 cases were treated with calcaneum bone traction and small splinting,23 cases were treated with internal fixation,11 cases were treated with external fixation of ilizarov.results all cases were followed up for 8～31 months (15.3 months average).according to helfet criterion,the results were evaluated as the total excellent and good outcome accounted for 90.5％.conclusion the key point of treatment is rational selection of three defferent ways in the treatment of pilon fracture according to the typle of pilon fracture and different damages of skin and tissue.

目的 探讨pilon骨折的三种不同治疗方法临床适应证及其疗效评价。方法对2000年2月至2006年3月间治疗的63 例pilon骨折患者进行回顾性分析。其中开放性损伤15 例，闭合性损伤48 例。根据骨折类型与周围软组织损伤程度，分别采用三种不同治疗方法：跟骨牵引加小夹板固定组(29 例)均为闭合性骨折，内固定组(23 例)，外固定器组(11 例)。结果所有患者均获得随访，随访8～31个月(平均15.3个月)，骨愈合时间8～14周，平均10周。按helfet疗效评价标准，本组优良者57 例(90.5％)，其中ⅰ型骨折优良者26 例，ⅱ型骨折优良者15 例，ⅲ型骨折优良者16 例。

目的 比较放射敏感性鼻咽癌个体化放射治疗与常规放射治疗的长期疗效和毒副作用，以评估降低照射剂量和同期加量照射治疗放射敏感性NPC的可行性。

Results: There have highly significant between treatment and control in relieving angina pectoris attacks, improv- ing syndrome of thoracic obstruction cardialgia, improving electrocardiogram effective power , time limit of syndrome drug action and lasting time limit difference.

结果：两组在缓解心绞痛发作、改善胸痹心痛证候、改善心电图及有效率方面比较，差异有非常显著意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）；两组间的证候药效起效时限与持续时限差异均有非常显著意义（P〈0.01）；治疗后治疗组的总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较治疗前均有明显改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。

Clinical research:120 cases of Diabetic Cardiopathy were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.

其中治疗组用糖心通合剂治疗观察60例，对照组用糖脉康治疗观察60例。

Patients in the treatment group received bisoprolol on the basis of conventional drugs for8weeks,while patients in the control group received only conventional drugs（cardiotonic,diuretic and vasodilator etc.

治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用比索洛尔，治疗8周后观察患者症状、心率、心功能改善情况。

Methods :Sixty patients with CHF were randomly divided into routine therapy group(control group,n=18),which were administered cardiotonic,diuretic and vascellum expander;low dose atorvastatin group (n=20)and high dose atorvastatin group (n=22),which were supplemented by atorvastatin 10mg/day and 40mg/day separately, besides the routine therapy for 8 weeks.

60例CHF患者分为3组，对照组(n=18)常规予强心、利尿和血管扩张剂治疗，小剂量阿托伐他汀组(n=20)在前者基础上加用阿托伐他汀片(10mg/d)，大剂量阿托伐他汀组(n=22)则在基础治疗上加用阿托伐他汀片(40mg/d)，各治疗8周。
