Methods 160 cases of innocent gastrelcosis were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. Rabeprazole combined with Jianwei Yuyang Tablet were used in the treatment group while rabeprazole was used in the control group.

160例良性胃溃疡患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组80例，采用雷贝拉唑联合健胃愈疡片治疗；对照组80例，采用雷贝拉唑治疗。

objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and the surgical treatment for perforation of gastric cancer.methods we summarized 22 cases suffering from perforation of gastric cancer in our hospital,6 were treated with repair of perforatlon and gastrojejunostomy at the same time,8 with partial gastrectomy,8 wth radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer（d2,d3）,and positive treatment such.as intraperitoneal chemothrapy to the patients above.results the life expectancy of patients treated with repair of perforation,partial gastrectomy or radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was 6,29.2 and 37.3months.conclusion reasonably select surgery methoty and positive treatment are keys to prolong the survival time.

目的 探讨胃癌穿孔的临床特点及外科治疗方法。方法对22例胃癌穿孔病人实施不同手术方式治疗。其中行穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术6例，姑息性胃癌切除术8例，胃癌根治术（d2，d3）8例，后两者术后均行腹腔化疗等综合治疗。结果穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术、姑息性胃癌切除术、胃癌根治术术后平均生存期分别为6个月、29.2个月、37.3个月。结论合理选择术式，综合治疗，是延长病人生存期的关键。

Results: According to the Merchans functional rating scale ,the functional scores of retrograde locked intramedullary nail groop: 9 excellent 17 good and 4 fair, with a good to excellenct rate of 86.6%; that of 95 degree dynamic condylar screw groop: 4 excellent 12 good and 3fair,with a good to excellenct rate of 83.7%; that of condylar buttress plate groop:3 excellent , 11 good and 4 fair, with a good to excellenct rate of 77.8%; that of condylar blade plate groop: 8 excellent, 30 good and 13 fair, with a good to excellenct rate of 74.4%.

结果：根据Merchan膝关节评分标准，逆行交锁髓内钉治疗30例，优9例，良17例，一般4例，优良率86.6％；动力髁螺钉治疗19例，优4例，良12例，一般3例，优良率83.7％；解剖钢板治疗18例，优3例，良11例，一般4例，优良率77.8％；L钢板治疗51例，优8例，良30例，一般13例，优良率74.4％。

Methods 80 patients with chf were divided randomly into regular treatment group treated with diuretic+digoxin+acei, and bisoprolol treatment group treated with regular treatment plus bisoprolol. all the patients were followed up for twelve months and observed the changes of homodynamic, internal diameter of left ventricle, lvef and 6-minutes walk test.

When treating multiple stones in homolateral ureter by ESWL, choosing the treating sequence distal first proximal later could get better effects and avoid severe complication.

结论在ESWL治疗同侧输尿管内多发结石时，采取先治疗远端结石后治疗近端结石的顺序，疗效优于先近端后远端的治疗顺序，而且避免了严重并发症的产生。

Physical examination revealed homolateral tenderness of supraorbital notch and para-arteria temporalis superficialis. Severity of headache improved dramatically after nerve block therapy.

本组患者术后发生眶上神经痛13例(9.8%)，除1例药物治疗有效外，其余12例经神经阻滞治疗后疼痛明显减轻(P.01)；颞浅神经痛4例(3%)，3例经药物治疗、1例经神经阻滞治疗后痊愈。

本试验旨在在中风病人患病早期应用北京中医院名老中医王乐亭先生的&王氏夹脊穴&预防性治疗肌张力增高，防止肌痉挛的出现或减轻其痉挛程度，以改善中风患者的生活质量。在试验设计方面以北京中医院针灸科目前治疗中风应用较多的&手足十二针&为对照治疗方法采用随机、单盲、平行对照设计。并应用NIHSS、改良的Ashworth量表、国内简化的Fugl-Meyer运动评分法、修订的巴氏指数评分方法对患者治疗前后进行评分以了解患者肌张力增高情况及运动功能改善情况。

Methods 160 patients with hypodynamia and vertigo after injected the antibiotics,expand the afferent medicine and other the medicine(expel the medicine with the result that high blood pressure,low blood pressure,low blood sugar but appear the above symptom),were randomly divided into two groups:one of the normal regulations treatment(glucose +the vitaminc+vitamin B6),,the other group use the Watersoluble vitamin,contrast to observe the efficacy of the treatment after a week.

摘 要］目的：探讨用水溶性维生素治疗药源性乏力、眩晕疗效。方法：选择160例注射抗生素、扩血管药及其他药物后出现乏力、眩晕症状的患者(排除药物所致高血压、低血压、低血糖而出现以上症状)。随机分为二组：一组常规治疗(葡萄糖+维生素C+维生素B6)；二组用水溶性维生素治疗，治疗时间为一周，对比观察其疗效。

Topiramate induced hypohidrosis is reversible, but can be clinically significant during heat stress and exercise challenge. This side effect challenges patients'confidence of long term drug therapy. On the other hand, although hypohidrosis is an adverse effect of topiramate when used for other indications, its anti-sweat producing effects may be beneficial in conditions of hyperhidrosis. How topiramate induces its antiperspirant effects is unclear.
