两组患者均予甘利欣、维生素c、肌苷、维持水电解质平衡治疗。治疗组在西医基础治疗上每日煎服自拟的凉血活血退黄汤，对照组采用门冬氨酸钾镁注射液。结果治疗组显效17例，有效9例，无效4例；对照组显效8例，有效9例，无效11例。两组比较差异有统计学意义。
