Abstract］ objective to assess the efficacy and safety of holmium laser urethrotomy under ureteroscope to treat the urethral stricture.methods 16 cases were treated by holmium laser resection under ureteroscope.the length of the stricture was 0.1～1.0 cm.the blood loss and the complications as well as curative effect after operation were observed.results all of the cases were treated successfully with less bleeding and no severe complications.the maximal urinary flow rate improved obviously after operation.conclusion the holmium laser under ureteroscope demonstrates good effect to treat urethral stricture.

目的 探讨输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法 16例患者采用经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗，狭窄长度0.1～1.0 cm，观察其术中出血、术后并发症及疗效。结果 16例患者均顺利完成手术，疗效满意，术中出血少，术后最大尿流率较术前有明显改善，无严重并发症发生。结论输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗对尿道狭窄是一种安全、微创且行之有效的治疗方法。

Methods:Ninety two neonates with scleredema were divided into treatment group (52 cases) and control group (40 cases). Both groups accepted same routine treatment and the treatment group in addition used the decoction bathing of artemisia argyi levl.et vant.

将92例新生儿硬肿症患儿随机分为治疗组52例，对照组40例，两组均采用常规综合治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加陈艾煎水洗浴，同时给予维生素E胶丸外用涂硬肿处并按摩，5～7 d为一个疗程。

Objective:in order to compare the curative effects of using lamirudine and thymosin together with using thymosin only to the paients of chronic hepatitis b.methods:we had chosen 27 medical cases of chronic hepatitis b,which were divided into two groups:15 cases asone group,and 12 cases as the other group.let group a take 100 mglamirudine orally,qd,with half a year as a period of treatment.at the same time givethe patients injections of 100 mg thymosin,qd,for a month.to group b was only takenlamirudine.alt,tbil,the indicators of the virosis of hepatitis b (hbsag,hbeag,hbv-dna)were observed as quatos.results: at the end of the treatment, the rates that groupa and group b made hbsag transform into negative were respectively 26.67% and 16.67%(p＞0.05);hbeag:33.33%,8.33%;hbv-dna:53.33%,33.33%(p＞0.05).conclusion:combining thymic peptide with 3tc to treat chronic type b hepatitis, thymic peptide will not only promote b-cell to mature and transformation, but also to keep the subpopulation of t-cell in immune system in balance, which can enhance the reaction of matured t-cell to the antigen or other stimulus.

目的：比较拉米夫定（3tc）与胸腺肽联用和单用拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎患者27例，分为联合组15例和拉米夫定组12例；联合组用拉米夫定100 mg，口服，qd，疗程半年，合并用胸腺肽100 mg，静滴，qd，疗程1个月。拉米夫定组单用拉米夫定。以谷丙转氨酶、血清胆红素、乙肝病毒标志物(hbsag，hbeag，hbv-dna)为观察指标，比较不同治疗方案对指标的影响。结果：治疗结束时联合组与拉米夫定组对慢性乙肝患者血清hbsag阴转率分别是26.67％和16.67％(p＞0.05)；hbeag阴转率分别是33.33％和8.33％(p＞0.05)；hbv-dna阴转率分别是53.33％和33.33％(p＞0.05)。结论：胸腺肽联合3tc治疗慢乙肝，胸腺肽具有促进t淋巴细胞的成熟和转化，并维持免疫系统各t淋巴细胞亚群间的平衡作用，能增强成熟t淋巴细胞对抗原或其他刺激的反应。

Methods 78 case of MP infection were divided into two groups at random.The control group were treated with routine therapy.The treatment group were treated with spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder based on routine therapy for 20 days.T cell subgroup,immunoglobulin and addiment were determined before and after treatment.

78例MP感染患儿随机分为两组，对照组38例予以常规治疗，观察组40例在常规治疗的基础上予以脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗，治疗前后分别测定患儿T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体等变化情况。

Abstract］ Objective It is to observe the immunologic effect of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder on mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods 78 case of MP infection were divided into two groups at random.The control group were treated with routine therapy.The treatment group were treated with spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder based on routine therapy for 20 days.T cell subgroup,immunoglobulin and addiment were determined before and after treatment.

目的 观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉对小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效及免疫学影响方法 78例MP感染患儿随机分两组，对照组38例予以常规治疗，观察组40例在常规治疗的基础上予以脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗，治疗后分别测定患儿T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体等变化情况。

Methods : To study the therapeutic effect of Shubuhuo on 30 case of Hyperplasia of M- ammary Gland after three months,including the improving of clinical symptom and the size of adenoncus of the mammary gland.The Sex hormones of lood was evaluated by radioimmunoassay,including serum estrogen(E2)、progestogen、prolactin,T-cell tubgroup(CD3、CD4) was evaluated by flow cytometry,to find the diffence between pretherapy and post-treatment in luteal.

运用疏补活汤治疗30例乳腺增生病患者3个月(1个疗程)后，观察其临床疗效，包括治疗前后患者临床症状的改善以及乳腺近红外线扫描确定乳房肿块大小的变化；在治疗前后于患者黄体期用放射免疫测定法检测血清性激素水平的变化，包括雌二醇（estrogen，E2）、孕激素（progestogen，P）、泌乳素（prolactin，PRL），同时用流式细胞仪检测治疗前后细胞免疫功能（T细胞亚群CD3、CD4）的变化。

Abstract］ objective to provide the experience on treatment with the internal fixation to the fractures combined with/without dislocation on peripheral amphiarthrodial joint.methods from january 2000 to january 2005,62 cases were follow-up visited and evaluated on imageology,imaging,joint function and complication,et al.results serveral problems were observed on these cases.first,when the internal fixation were pulled out,some of the patients were observed the disturbance,even loss on joint function,and their quality of life were limmited.second,some internal fixations had been broken before they were pull out.conclusion we should sufficiently allow for not only the stabilization and the union of the fracture,but also degrade the complication to minimum limit and maximally recover the joint function.

目的 通过对微动关节周围骨折和合并关节脱位的内固定治疗后的疗效分析，进而为临床治疗提供经验。方法对2000年1月～2005年1月期间62例患者进行随访，并从影像学及关节功能、并发症等方面进行评估。结果治疗该类创伤病例存在着以下几个问题：（1）部分患者的关节功能在内固定解除术后，存在着不同程度的功能障碍，甚至丧失而影响到患者的生活质量。（2）并发内固定断裂情况时有发生。结论治疗微动关节周围骨折尤其在合并有关节脱位时，应充分考虑到既要修复因创伤引起的骨折使其愈合并使该关节稳定，又应该最大限度地恢复关节功能，并将并发症降低到最小限度。

Methods We randomly assigned 410 patients with locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma, gallbladder cancer, or ampullary cancer to receive either cisplatin (25 mg per square meter of body-surface area) followed by gemcitabine (1000 mg per square meter on days 1 and 8, every 3 weeks for eight cycles) or gemcitabine alone (1000 mg per square meter on days 1, 8, and 15, every 4 weeks for six cycles) for up to 24 weeks.

MethodFor 84 patients with liver cirrhosis complicating inferior segment of esophageal varices bleeding, were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=42) and the control group (n=42).The treatment group was treated with endoscopic ligation, and the control group was treated with routine antihemorrhagic drugs.Two groups were also observed by hematischesis rate, hematischesis time, rehaemorrhagia rate and hospital days.
