Study on the Effect of Azone on Percutaneous Absorption of Clindamycin Hydrochloride in Cream;2. OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of three transdermal enhancers( azone ,isopropyl myristate,oleic acid) in vitro under the condition of iontophoresis with diclofenac sodium as the model drug.

方法选择聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟丙甲基纤维素为基质，制备了分别含有月桂氮酮、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和油酸的双氯芬酸钠经皮离子导入凝胶，采用改良Franz纵向释放池，以人体皮肤为透皮屏障，进行药物凝胶的离子导入经皮试验。

The results showed that myristic acid(14∶0) and linoleic acid (18∶2) were significantly increased,and positively correlated with the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB;while the levels of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA,22∶6),arachidonic acid (20∶4) and docosatetraenoic acid (22∶4) and stearic acid(18∶0) are significantly decreased, and inversely correlated with the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB in patients with hyperlipemia.

结果表明：患者肉豆蔻酸(14∶0)和亚油酸(18∶2)明显增高，与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇和载脂蛋白B水平呈正相关；而二十二碳六烯酸(DHA，22∶6)、二十碳四烯酸(AA，20∶4)和二十二碳四烯酸(22∶4)以及硬脂酸(18∶0)明显降低，与TC、TG、LDL-C和apoB水平呈负相关。

结果表明：患者肉豆蔻酸（140）和亚油酸（182）明显增高，与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白－胆固醇和载脂蛋白B水平呈正相关；而二十二碳六烯酸（DHA，226）、二十碳四烯酸（AA，204）和二十二碳四烯酸（224）以及硬脂酸（180）明显降低，与TC、TG、LDL－C和apoB水平呈负相关。
