This study was to evaluate the action mechanisms of 6-BA applyed exteriorly on the growth and chilling resistance of oilseed rape seedlings before or under a low temperature (4℃) stress and resuming growth. Results showed that under low temperature, the oil rapeseed seedling was damaged at a certain extent. 5 mg L~(-1) of 6-BA accelerated the growth of seedlings, controled the chemical matter in cell and protected the stabilization of cell membrane, so 6-BA improved the chilling resistance of seedlings.

通过对低温(4℃)胁迫前、低温胁迫后和恢复生长4d后油菜幼苗的相关生理指标研究发现，低温下油菜幼苗受到一定的伤害，但5mg L~(-1) 6-BA通过促进幼苗生长，调节细胞内化学物质，保护细胞膜的稳定，提高了幼苗抗寒性。

本试验结果表明，在一年种植的基础上，种植绿肥对植烟土壤肥力影响有限；烟叶产量方面种植小麦、白菜、油菜好于对照，蚕豆最差；质量方面种植绿肥可以在一定程度上改善化学成分协调性，有提高烟叶品质趋势，其中以油菜处理的化学成分协调性更好，白菜次之，而蚕豆和小麦一般。
