The results show that:First, concentration of hydrogen peroxide have the most obvious influence to oil yield and carbon black yield,with the increase of concentration of hydrogen peroxide the oil yield first increase then decrease,when concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 8.19% or so,the oil yield reach to the biggest value, and with the increase of concentration of hydrogen peroxide carbon black yield decrese;Then,reaction time have more obvious influence to oil yield and carbon black yield,oil yield increase but carbon black yield decrease with the increase of reaction time;Thirdly,reaction tempreture have some influence to oil yield and carbon black yield,samely,oil yield increase but carbon black yield decrease with the increase of reaction tempreture;Finally,reaction pressure does almost no influence on oil yield and carbon black yield.

研究结果表明：过氧化氢质量浓度对产油率和炭黑产率的影响最为显著，产油率随过氧化氢质量浓度的提高先提高后降低，在过氧化氢质量浓度为8.19%左右时达到最大值，炭黑产率随过氧化氢质量浓度的提高而降低；反应时间对产油率和炭黑产率的影响也比较显著，产油率随反应时间的增加而提高，炭黑产率随反应时间的增加而降低；反应温度对产油率和炭黑产率也有一定的影响，产油率随反应温度的提高而相应地提高，炭黑产率随反应温度的提高而降低；在本文实验范围内，反应压力对产油率和炭黑产率基本上没有影响。

The results for rubber seed oil refining were as follows: For the crude solvent-extracted oil, it was first degummed 20 min by 0.04% H3PO4 at 60℃, and neutralized 10 min by 0.15% CaCO_3, then treated with 5% bleaching clay, and refined oil could be obtained. For the machine-squeezed oil, it was first degummed 20 min by 0.04% H3PO4 at 90℃, and neutralized 10 min by 0.15% CaCO3, then treated with 15% bleaching clay, and refined oil could be obtained.

橡胶籽油精炼结果表明：溶剂尤其是以石油醚等提取毛油的色泽最好；溶剂提取毛油在60℃下、0.04%的H_3PO4(含量为85%)、20min脱胶和0.15%的CaCO3中和搅拌10min后，再在20min、油重5%白土脱胶脱色较好；机榨毛油在90℃下、0.04%的H3PO4(含量为85%)、20min脱胶和0.15%的CaCO3中和搅拌10min后，再在20min、油重15%白土脱胶脱色的精炼机榨油次之。

A UV method was adopted to analyze the furanocoumarin content in four types of citrus essential oils: orange oil, lemon oil, grapefruit oil and bergamot oil. A liquid-liquid separation technology was investigated to remove these furanocoumarins, and then furancoumarin free essential oils were obtained.

Then quality upgrading scheme was explored in order to solve the high content of sulphur and nitrogen in pyrolytic oil, low flash point as well. Yields of pyrolysis of scrap tires in a pilot-scale rotary kiln under 550℃were firstly summarized. Then elemental composition and physiochemical properties were analyzed on both pyrolytic crude oil and its fractions. Based on these researches, the feasibility that pyrolytic oil is used as fuel was discussed. From FT-IR spectra the functional group compounds were generally acquainted, and by column chromatography analysis chemical compositions were clearly known. Then through GC analysis the absolute content of BTX in pyrolytic crude oil was defined.

本文首先考察了中试回转窑550℃下的废轮胎热解产率及热解原油的元素组成和理化特性，对其作为燃料使用的可行性进行了分析；通过实沸点蒸馏研究了轻质、中质馏分热解油的基本特性：红外分析得出了有代表性馏分热解油的大致官能团组成形式，对热解油的强芳香性和部分不饱和性有了整体了解；化学族组成分析进一步了解了热解油内在化学族组成和含量，对热解油的内在性质有了更为深入理解；气相色谱分析对热解油中富含的苯、甲苯和二甲苯进行绝对定量，为热解油提取BTX化工原料的经济性提供了参考。
