Sulfuric acid was sulphonation reagent, add the sulfuric acidquantity was 8%, reaction temperature was 60~65℃.The reaction occursbetween the feed oil and sulfuric acid,then add 30% of sodium hydroxidesolution conducted neutralization in the Pyrex standard react kettle,when the reactionfinished ,draw out the products by funnel,then the products react with 8%clay to refine received the sulphonation refining oil so as to review property andreceive rate of the shallow sulphonation refining oil .By the using the sulphonationrefining oil to blend lubricant,its quality is on-specification .

为验证其可行性，首先在实验室进行浅度磺化小试，原料油采用新疆原油经常压蒸馏、减压蒸馏、溶剂精制、溶剂脱蜡后的减压二、三线脱蜡油，发烟硫酸作为磺化剂，发烟硫酸加入量8%，反应温度60～65℃，用三口圆底耐热玻璃标准反应釜对原料进行发烟硫酸磺化，加入量30%氢氧化钠中和，分液漏斗抽提，在烧杯内加入量8%白土进行精制得到磺化抽余油，考察浅度磺化抽余油性质和收率，用磺化抽余油调合润滑油质量合格。

The results showed that,when environment-friendly oil KT20 was used in NR and NR/BR compound,the properties of mix,physical properties and wet skid resistance of vulcanizate were similar to those by using the comparison samples;by using environment-friendly oil KT20,the rolling resistance of vulcanizate changed slightly compared with using 3527MES and TADE.

结果表明，在NR和NR/BR胶料中，填充环保油KT20与对比油的混炼胶性能、硫化胶的物理性能和抗湿滑性能相当；填充环保油KT20，3527MES和TDAE硫化胶的滚动阻力相差不大。在NR胶料中填充环保油KT20，硫化胶的耐磨性能优于对比油硫化胶。

Three results are obtained by an orthogonal experiment. The main components of essential oil in separating containerⅠare terpenoid, terpeneless compound is in separating container Ⅱ. Through second-level separation the technological conditions of de-terpene are: pressure 7MPa, temperature 32℃ in separating containerⅠ;pressure 4～5MPa, temperature 32℃ in separating containerⅡ. The optimum technological parameters of obtaining two essential oils are: particle size 0.60mm, pressure 10MPa, temperature 36℃, operating time 90 minutes. There are 1.46% and 1.88% essential oil in separating containerⅠand Ⅱ respectively.

通过正交试验表明：分离器Ⅰ中精油的主要成分是萜烯烃类化合物，分离器Ⅱ中精油的主要成分是由高级醇类、醛类、酮类、酯类等组成的含氧化合物；二级分离脱萜的适宜参数是：分离器Ⅰ的压力为7MPa，分离器Ⅱ的压力与循环压力相同，温度都为32℃；同时得到萜烯烃类精油和低萜精油的最优工艺组合是粒度0.60mm，萃取压力10MPa，萃取温度36℃，萃取时间90min，精油得率分别为1.46％和1.88％。

在上述基础上，总结出西斜坡区运聚成藏模式主要有砂岩上倾尖灭圈闭油气运聚成藏模式、构造及构造-岩性圈闭油气运聚成藏模式、断层-岩性圈闭油气运聚成藏模式、砂岩透镜体圈闭油气运聚成藏模式4 种模式。在上述基础上，总结出油气成藏与分布主要受圈闭发育、圈闭与油气运移路径空间位置关系、向心流与离心流交汇区、油气保存条件和不整合因素的控制。
