To investigate the pollution levels, occurrence and distribution of estrogens, six estrogens in the surface sediments of Wenyuhe River were analyzed quantitatively by GC/MS following ultrasonicated extraction including diethylstilbestrol, estrone(E1),β-estradiol(E2), 17α-ethynylestradiol(EE2), estriol(E3), and β-estradiol 17-valerate. Six estrogen concentrations ranged from 0.39-36.6ng/g and the mean concentration was 10.2ng/g.

为了调查温榆河沉积物中雌激素物质的污染状况，采用超声萃取、GC/MS法研究了6种常用雌激素（包括己烯雌酚DES、雌酮E1、雌二醇E2、乙炔基雌二醇EE2、雌三醇E3和戊酸雌二醇EV）在北京温榆河上游及干流表层沉积物中的含量水平，并对其分布及来源情况进行了分析。

After nest found, the dominating ecological factors with definite distance to nest tree (less than 10 meters) including tree species, tree height, habitat type of nesting-tree, nest position, the type of nesting tree branch, nest type, the type of nest-site, the viability status of tree and branch was described and measured. Geography coordinates (latitude-longitude) was converted into orthogonal coordinates, and add to Arcview3.2 as shape-file, and measured the distance between nest and the habitat type including double-line river, lake, seasonal lake, shallow mire, deep water mire, meadow mire, farmland, sparse forest, forest marsh, the boundary of Nature Reserve and road.

将调查所获得的东方白鹳巢址坐标转换成平面直角坐标，并将巢位点作为Arcview3.2中的矢量图层加入到已经矢量化的洪河保护区生境类型图中，运用Arcview3.2的距离量算功能，量算出每个巢距各生境类型的距离，包括双线河、湖泊、时令湖、轻沼泽、重沼泽、沼泽化草甸、旱田、疏林和森林沼泽，以及距保护区边界和公路的距离。

另外，研究过程中由于资料、工程情况的限制，未能将整个卫河流域作为统一的防洪系统来对待，需在今后的研究中进一步完善，以提高卫河防洪能力，减轻两岸洪涝灾害。

结果表明，在所评价的22个河样带中，处于自然、近自然、退化自然、人工化状态的河段分别占总河长的4.5%、18.2%、68.2%和9.1%；雁栖河总体上受人为干扰较严重，处于退化自然状态。

Based on the field studies in Yilan county in the Northwestern Sanjiang Plain,the diversity of plants in some waters of rivers Mudan,Weiken and Balan were measured.

根据依兰县地貌类型多样的特点，对牡丹江、倭肯河和巴兰河3个样条附属水域中水生植物多样性进行研究，结果表明：β－多样性在牡丹江为高，倭肯河最低；以不同阶元比较，种级β－多样性高于科级与属级。

Results l.Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in PIH (93.39 + 57.3)ug/ml were higher than that in normal pregnant group. There was no difference between serum levels of PIH in mild PIH (52.13 + 12.90)pg/ml and normal pregnant group. 3. In PIH group, serum concentrations of VCAM-1 correlate with the levels of IL-6,r=0.63. 4.The expression of VCAM-1 in cytotrophoblast of spiral arteries in normal pregnant group(100%) were significantly higher than that in PIH group.Theexpression of VCAM-1 in moderate PIH(37.50%) and sever PIH were lower than that in normal group.There was no difference between the mild PIH and normal group.Conclusions The increased levels of serum of VCAM-1 may participate in the process of vascular endothelium damages in PIH.

结果 1、妊高征组血清VCAM-1浓度为(93.39±57.3)μg／ml明显高于正常妊娠组(44.87±15.60)μg／ml，差别有显著性(P＜0.05)；中、重度妊高征组VCAM-1浓度分别为(97.89±34.07)μg／ml和(132.24±60.97)μg／ml，与正常妊娠组比较，差异有显著性(p＜0.05)和非常显著性(P＜0.01)；轻度妊高征组VCAH-1为(48.46±15.60)μg／ml与正常妊娠组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。2、妊高征组血清IL-6含量为(102.17±48.31)pg／ml，明显高于正常妊娠组(49.16+12.9)pg／ml，差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01)；中、重度妊高征组IL-6含量分别(95.79±31.19)pg／ml和(127.27±11.38)pg／ml，与正常妊娠组比较，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)和非常显著性(P＜0.01)；轻度妊高征组IL-6含量为(52.13±12.90)pg／ml与正常妊娠组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。3、VCAM-1与IL-6水平呈明显正相关，r=0.63(P＜0.01)。4、子宫胎盘床螺旋动脉滋养细胞VCAM-1表达，正常妊娠组都存在阳性表达(阳性表达率100％)，妊高征组有10例阳性表达阳性表达率为叩们，差别有非常显著性河＜0.01L 中、重度妊高征组阳性表达率分别为37、50％和0，与正常妊娠组比较，差别有显著性河＜0.05）和非常显著性汀＜0.01太轻度妊高征组阳性表达率为83.33凡与正常妊娠组差别无显著性问＞0.05）。
