沈阳至大连高速公路改扩建工程路面表面层采用沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料SMA- 16型(简称SMA - 16 )，沥青采用SBS改性沥青，是在科学试验的基础上，结合沈大路自身的特点所做的重大决策；它不仅适合沈大路交通量大、温差变化大等环境因素对路面的要求，而且对路面的抗滑性和耐久性均有很大的提高，保证了路面的使用功能。

According to the application of the cement treated base,this thesis analyzes the cause of reflection cracks in cement treated base asphalt pavement,combined with strength,dry and heat shrinkage deformation properties, anti-crack evaluation index is put forward.

针对目前水泥碎石基层的应用现状，分析了水泥碎石基层沥青路面产生反射裂缝的成因，并结合强度、干温缩变形性能提出了综合抗裂指数的抗裂评价指标。

In virtue of the particularity of structure layer, the sample molding and design ways are different from the one for surface layer of mixes. Through parallel trial studying Marshall hit and circumrotate press molding, traditional Marshall design method and mechanics index method, the paper brings forward the molding and design method adapting to different types of ATBs.

由于其所处结构层的特殊性，试件成型方法、混合料设计方法均与沥青混合料面层有所不同，通过对比研究马歇尔击实成型和旋转压实成型、传统马歇尔设计方法和力学指标法，提出了适合不同沥青稳定碎石基层混合料类型的成型和设计方法。

Orthogonal experimental method is used to carry out a test for shearing between waterproof layers. The test is made on crumb rubber modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt, subjected to different temperature, thickness of paved ply and diameter of bestrewed detritus.

Based on the experimental data,considering fully the material characteristic of grading macadam,the authors established a three-dimensional calculational model to semi-rigid asphalt pavement with grading macadam base.

When the best asphalt content of the mixture used in asphalt stabilized macadam base is determined through new Marshall Experiment,stability value and flow value can be used as detection data,some volume index such as density,voidage and saturation are the main design basis.
