University students mainly get commerical knowledges from textbooks.Their knowledge structure are not complete,only academical ,and unexperienced. Consequdently, they cannot be aware of the importancy that languages are used in communications in social business situations.Their expectations on language study only rely on experiences at school and polices set down by government.
