The basal geomorphology structure of the Tidal-Basin System of the Tiaozini Sandbanks is watershed and tidal creek system. We analyses its formation, evolvement, geomorphology characters and development and discusses the main influence factors which is water, sediment and space. We divide the evolution phases which is formation phase, autumn phase and contabescence phase. In the end we confirms its main functions, which is discharging the folium water on the tidal flat of the Tidal-Basin in the end of the ebb-tide, transporting sediment to Tidal-Basin through tidal creek systems, confining the swing range of the dynamical axis of flood tide or ebb tide, balancing the dynamical status of the South and North. At the same time, we compare coastal tidal-basin and sandbanks tidal-basin on geomorphology characters, formation causes, style and so on.

条子泥潮盆—潮沟系统的基本地貌结构为分水滩脊和潮沟系统，本文分别对它们的形成与发育、地貌特点及动态变化进行了分析，并探讨了影响其发育的主要因素，即来水条件、来沙条件、空间条件，划定了其主要发育阶段，即形成期、成熟期、衰亡期；在上述分析的基础上确定了潮盆—潮沟系统的主要功能，即通过潮沟系统渲泄落潮后期滞留在其潮盆范围内的滩面薄层水、通过潮沟系向潮盆内部输入或输出泥沙、限制涨落潮动力主轴摆动范围、平衡南北两侧动力状态；同时针对岸滩潮盆—潮沟系统与沙洲潮盆—潮沟系统的地貌特征、成因类型等进行了对比分析。

SHRIMP technique is applied to the age determination of Shuiquangou alkalic complex. Zircons from monzonite and syenite of the complex in the Dongping and Hougou gold mining district are dated at age of (390± 6) Ma and (386±6) Ma, respectively with U-Pb method. Rock-forming times of the complex is confidently constrained in the Late Caledonian-Early Hercynian period.

采用先进的SHRIMP测年技术对河北水泉沟碱性杂岩体进行了年龄测定，获得东坪金矿区水泉沟岩体二长岩锆石U-Pb年龄为(390±6)Ma，后沟金矿区水泉沟岩体正长岩年龄(386±6)Ma，比较可信地确定了水泉沟岩体的成岩时代为晚加里东期－早海西期。

Based on a great deal of tests, and through analysis of test result, experience on taming activated sludge was accumulated, operating parameters of integrated oxidation ditch which were best suitable for local condition were acquired. It was found that under the situation without solitude anaerobic zone, when the apparent anaerobic zone was absent, the strengthen biological phosphor removal phenomenon was really exist, and the phosphor removal efficiency was increasing with the increasing of BOD5/TP、 F/M.

在大量试验的基础上，通过对试验结果的分析，积累了培养活性污泥的经验，得出了最适合本地情况的一体化氧化沟的运行参数，发现了在没有单独设置厌氧区的情况下，在没有明显厌氧区段时，确实存在强化生物除磷现象，并且磷的去除率随BOD_5/TP、F/M的增大而增大。

The asymmetric coefficients of debris flows are quite different in different area: large asymmetric coefficients of debris flow with low resistance; small asymmetric coefficients of debris flow with high resistance. The asymmetric coefficients of debris flow could be used to classify resistance characteristics of debris flow accurately and the resistance law of viscous debris flows was got by asymmetric coefficients.

泥石流的不均匀系数在不同的泥石流地区有很大的不同：不均匀系数小的地区阻力大，而不均匀系数大的地区阻力小，因此可以用不均匀系数划分泥石流沟的阻力特征，从而得到能兼顾所有不同地区的泥石流阻力规律。

In the text, the author uses the modle of evaluating a single gully to evaluate the risk of the debris flow . First , the author calculates the hazard degree in different design frequency , and forecasts the risk range of debris flow in Shenjia gully based on the maximum pile thickness and the total solid amount of a denbris flow . Then , on the basis of the risk range in different design frequency , the author carries out the damageability and risk assessment . The basic purpose of risk management is reducing risk or transferring risk , reducing the loss of life and property . The text constructs the system of risk management of debris flow in Shenjia gully , basis on the condition of Shenjia gully .

本文从地形地貌、地层岩性、地质构造、气象水文等方面系统地阐述了深家沟泥石流的发育环境及发育特征；分别从形成区、流通区、堆积区对深家沟流域特征进行描述；依据泥石流沟自身特点，选用现阶段最新的研究成果，推算了不同设计频率下的深家沟泥石流流速、峰值流量、总流量、冲击力等动力特征和规模数据；并且根据经验公式法来确定深家沟不同设计频率下的泥石流容重；本文采用单沟泥石流风险评价模型对深家沟泥石流进行风险评价，首先对不同的设计频率下的深家沟泥石流进行危险度评价，根据最大堆积厚度与一次泥石流冲出量来预测不同频率下的泥石流危险范围，然后，根据预测的评估范围，评价对应范围内的易损度，最后作出风险评价；城镇泥石流风险管理的根本目的是降低风险或转移风险，减少生命财产的损失，本论文根据泸定深家沟泥石流的具体情况，构建了深家沟泥石流风险管理体系。

Through positioning with GPS and investigation in this area, we can divide the potential ravine of this area into three forms, that is parallel ravine area steep ripe ravine area and evenness swamp area. It can provide scientific reference for forest management and tree planting, and it is a new theory to prevent soil and water loss, and carry through the ravine controlling by people.
