This thesis points out three conditions of favorable soil-returning volume,and gets the critical water-content coefficient of bed-irrigating sowing, andthinks that water volume, soil—returning in volume and initial soil water contentcoefficient affects differently the course and the result of infiltration, and revealsthe laws of variations of soil moisture content, and shows the different effect onsoil - wedded states of water volume, depth of seed ditch, soil apparent density,soil-covering depth,initial soil moisture content, width of seed ditch and soil-wedding states, and suggests that the soil-wedding state watering after sevendays is use to evaluate the quality of bed-watering seeding.

结果表明灌水量、种沟宽度、回土量和土壤初始含水率对入渗过程和入渗结果存在不同影响；揭示了坐水播种土壤含水率在种沟断面上的变化及其随时间的变化规律，模拟结果还表明了灌水量、种沟深度、土壤容重、覆土厚度、土壤初始含水率、种沟宽度、回土量对土壤湿润状况的影响及确定适宜回土量的三个条件。

Based on the 2-D distribution of channel impurity, the distribution of 2-D electric field and 2-D interaction potential, which is caused by the interaction between the ionized impurity in the depletion layer and radiation induced positive spatial charge, is analyzed by using image charge method. Resolving Poisson equation, the mobility expression of N-type and P-type non-uniform channel MOS and the mathematics expression of the threshold voltage model of DMOS are obtained.

By combining the present planting style of rape in the southern area of our country and the large scale usage of small rotary cultivation machine, the advantages and disadvantages of ditching mode between former and post-position are compared. Finally, the ditching components of disc pattern are designed by adopting the post-position to realize the mechanization of ditching in rape planting.

本文分析比较了国内外开沟机械的工作方法和原理，结合我国南方现有油菜种植方式及现有小型旋耕机大量使用的现状，比较了前置和后置式开沟方式的优缺点，采用后置式开沟方式设计圆盘式开沟部件，实现油菜种植机械化开沟和覆土。

Under the plastic-mulched ridge and furrow cultivation, the average soil water content of furrow (12.7%) was significantly higher than that of ridge (9.1%) at the soil depths of 20-100 cm. The locally compacted ridge served as a water flow barrier and a rainfall collection area under locally compacted ridge and furrow cultivation, and the water content of furrow was significantly higher than that of ridge in the same soil depths, which was similar to the characteristic of soil water distribution under plastic-mulched ridge and furrow cultivation. No significant differences were found in soil water content of furrow between locally compacted ridge and furrow cultivation and plastic-mulched ridge and furrow cultivation, with the same efficiency of water collection.

相对于自然垄沟，膜垄的集雨效果明显，沟中土壤平均含水量显著高于垄中，20～100cm土层范围内平均土壤含水量分别为12.7％和9.1％；成垄压实土壤水分在剖面分布状况与盖膜垄沟的水分分布相似，水分向沟内集中，沟中土壤水分含量显著高于同一土层深度处垄中土壤含水量，且与盖膜垄沟处理下沟中土壤水分含量无显著差异，在集水和聚水方面表现出和膜垄的相似性。
