According to the results of sampling and cluster analysis, the rodent community in the Junggar Basin can be divided into four types: 1farmland community dominated by Cricetulus migratorius and Mus musculus; 2saxideserta community dominated by Meriones erythrourus and C.migratorius; 3residential area community dominated by Rattus norvegiens and Mus musculus; 4haloxylon eremic community dominated by Dipus sagitta and Meriones meridianus.

对准噶尔盆地的抽样调查，经聚类分析，该地区的鼠类可划分为4种群落：(1)以灰仓鼠+小家鼠为主的农田鼠类群落；(2)以红尾沙鼠+灰仓鼠为主的砾石荒漠鼠类群落；(3)以褐家鼠+小家鼠为主的城镇居民点鼠类群落；(4)以子午沙鼠(M.meridianus)+三趾跳鼠为主的梭梭荒漠鼠类群落。

The Markov forecast model, time series method (triple exponential smoothing method and a combined of triple exponential smoothing method and Markov model) and stepwise regression forecast method were choosed, and the basic principles and processes of the three models were analyzed and compared. Based on above, the three methods were used to predict population dynamic of Cricetulus barabansis and Meriones unguiculatus. The characteristic, accuracy and applicability of three methods were analysed and compared. The results showed that,(1) Markov model belongs to a middle-long time forecast model, and the result was interval forecast, but it reached the requirement of forecasting the harmful population dynamic of rodents. Through the forecasted population dynamic of Cricetulus barabansis and Meriones unguiculatus in 2004, the results were accurate; this meant that Markov model was a good forecast model to Cricetulus barabansis and Meriones unguiculatus population.

选择马尔可夫链预测模型、时间序列分析法(三次指数平滑法、三次指数平滑法和马尔可夫链预测模型的组合预测法)和逐步回归预测法，对这三种模型的基本原理、模型的构建过程进行对比分析，在此基础上用此三种方法预测了黑线仓鼠和长爪沙鼠的种群数量，并对三种方法的特点、预测的准确度和适用范围进行了比较分析，结果表明：(1)马尔可夫链预测模型属于中长期预测，预测的结果为区间预测，但对于害鼠种群数量的预测来说已经达到要求，通过对2004年黑线仓鼠和长爪沙鼠种群数量的预测，预测的结果都比较准确，这说明对于预测黑线仓鼠和长爪沙鼠种群的数量动态，马尔可夫链模型是比较好的模型。

目的 研究塔里木盆地子午沙鼠对从新疆和田喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫疫源地分离的 470 0 4号鼠疫菌、乌恰县灰旱獭体分离的 2 110 6号菌株和内蒙古长爪沙鼠体分离的 980 0 5号鼠疫菌株感染子午沙鼠在病理改变、感受性、敏感性、二次感染后抗性等方面有无差异，仔鼠体内的母系抗体维持时间。

The two methods had accurate results in forecasting Cricetulus barabansis, but not in Meriones unguiculatus. It was mainly because Meriones unguiculatus population was affected by environment factors at random, and the dynamic tendency was not obvious. It meant that the two time series methods were accurate for the populations which were little affected by environment factors at random.

两种方法对黑线仓鼠捕获率的预测都比较准确，对长爪沙鼠捕获率的预测结果不准确，主要是因为长爪沙鼠种群数量受周围环境因素的影响随机性较大，趋势不太明显，说明此两种时间序列分析方法适用于受随机因素的影响较小，去掉随机因素的影响后有较好的趋势变化的种群。

In this thesis, we chose two wild rodents inhibiting in the north of China Mongolian gerbil (Meriones unguiculatus and Brandt's vole . The effects of short photoperiod and cold exposure to thermogenesis, and the mechanism of thermogenic regulation were studied. The new genes participating in cold adaptation were also screened by DDRT-PCR.
