Otindag Sandland is one of the main sandlands and among the most seriously desertificated region in semiarid area of China.

浑善达克沙地是我国北方干旱半干旱区的主要沙地和严重荒漠化地区之一。

Observation about status of wind gap on coastal shore and comprehensive analysis on technology on location showed that the key technology of establishing protection forest in wind gap on coastal shore is adopting mature seedling of Casuarina equisetifolia with stronger resistance and grow faster.

通过对海岸风口沙地现状的观测和对该地段造林技术的综合分析表明：风口沙地营建防护林的关键是采用具有抗性强且又速生的木麻黄大苗，深穴整地，适时造林，放客土、施磷肥和建立有效的挡风屏障等综合配套技术，造林成活率可达到98。

We took Picea mongolica forest in Baiyinaobao natural preserve InnerMongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,studied its environment,autecology,population ecology,community ecology,ecosystem ecology and socialecology systematically.

本文以内蒙古白音敖包自然保护区的沙地云杉林为研究对象，通过大量的野外调查、室内分析和资料收集，从保护生态学的观点出发，对沙地云杉林的环境、个体生态、种群生态、群落生态和生态系统生态以及社会生态进行了全面系统的研究。

The results indicated that the seed vigor of Brudzynska, Bezenchukii Bromus inermis is lower under the level of 5%, but it is high under the level of 10%-20%.

在5%PEG的干旱胁迫下，Brudzynska、Bezenchukii无芒雀麦的种子活力较低，但在10%~20%PEG的干旱胁迫下，两者的种子活力较高，而内蒙古正镶蓝旗野生沙地雀麦和内蒙古克什克腾旗野生沙地雀麦种子活力较低。

沙漠化的程度是东南部最强，中北部、南部和东部次之，而后向其他方向递减。6、毛乌素沙地历史时期的环境变化是受百年乃至千年尺度的气候冷暖、干湿变化控制的，之所以形成目前这样的沙漠化土地空间分布格局和环境特征，则与其地的自然地理特征和人类活动有密切关系，其中地貌及冬季风是动力因素；地层中的沙物质是物源因素；地表水环境恶化是区域环境变化的表现之一，同时又是植被退化和沙漠化的引致因素；人类活动总体上是叠加在自然因素之上的，只是明清以来在局地环境变化中成为主导因素。7、毛乌素沙地人类活动的环境影响在先秦时期就已出现，早期的影响程度是轻微的，不足以造成大范围、长时段的环境变化。

结果表明，不同种质的耐盐力从0.1%～0.4%不等；野生葡萄中的香槟尼的耐盐性好；沙地葡萄和山美杂种的耐盐性较差；河岸葡萄各品种间的耐盐性差异较大，其中，多数品种的耐盐力居中；河岸葡萄与沙地葡萄、冬葡萄的杂种后代的耐盐性也有不同程度的差异性；我国广泛作为砧木的贝达葡萄的耐盐性居中。

This dissertation focuses on the ecological characteristics, breeding techniques and introduction research on Picea mongolica. The results are as follows:(1) The seedlings and young trees take on a cluster distribution with a high, mortality.

因此，通过对沙地云杉的生态学特性及引种进行研究，找出沙地云杉育苗和引种造林方面的限制因子，为科学育苗和引种推广提供科学的方法和依据，为我国沙化地区的生态恢复起到指导作用。

Picea mongolica, which is a characteristic and one of the first afforestation tree species in Inner Mongolia, plays a great role at the vegetation recovery in the desertfied areas.

沙地云杉是内蒙古赤峰地区与锡林浩特的局部地段所特有乡土树种之一，也是沙地造林的首选树种之一，对于恢复沙化土地植被具有重要的意义。
