The study reflects that using man-made reed marsh to decontaminate city sewage can effectively get rid of some pollutants in the polluted water,and the water after being decontaminated can reach the national standard of water discharging.

芦苇湿地处理污水是将污水有控制地投配到经常处于饱和状态的生长有芦苇的土地上，在芦苇与土壤及微生物的联合作用下得到净化的一种污水土地处理技术。

This research utilized flood land to conduct small-sized field experiment, and carried out the complex field and lab analyzing research on domestic sewage treatment based on the Sewage Ecological Distribution and Treatment System researched and developed by associate professor SHEN Jian-quan in the Department of Marine Environment Engineering, National Kaohsiung Marine University, in hope of using this system to improve the situation that domestic sewage was directly emitted into rivers, which resulted in river pollution, and to change people's stereotype on flood land of being covered with ruderal, in order to enhance the self-treatment function of rivers, to create space for conservation, ecology, rest, and landscape, etc, and to come up with solutions to the current domestic lack of construction land for natural treatment engineering at the same time.

本研究乃利用河滩地进行小型实场试验，由国立高雄海洋科技大学海洋环境工程系沈建全副教授所研发『污水生态分配处理系统』之生活污水净化处理及复育实场和实验室分析研究，期望可以使用本系统，改善生活污水直接排入河川，造成河川污染的情形，且可改变民众对於河滩地杂草丛生的刻版印象，提升河川自净机能，创造保育、生态、休憩及景观等空间，同时也解决目前国内对於自然净化工程欠缺营建土地的问题。

在分析我国城市污水处理厂建设和发展现状的基础上，结合目前城市建设和经济发展的现状及趋势，提出了我国今后城市污水处理厂建设和处理技术的几点主要发展方向：一是合理规划、分期建设以二级处理为目标的集中型城市污水处理厂；二是因地制宜推广应用低投资、低能耗、与生态处理相结合的具有深度处理功能的半自然化及新型处理工艺；三是积极开展中水道技术的研究和应用。

The forecasted total wastewater volume in 2020 is 28 104 m3/d . It is put forward that a classification treatment mode is used to realize integration of centralized and decentralized treatment. The construction of four centralized wastewater treatment plants named Baozhen, Xinhe, Chengqiao and Changxing is proposed. For the wastewater from other towns and centralized residential areas, the small decentralized ecological treatment modes such as constructed wetlands are used. The courtyard treatment mode is used for the wastewater from the rural arear.

预测三岛地区至2020年的污水总量约为为28 104m3/d ；提出采用&分级治理&的模式，以真正实现污水集中与分散处理相结合的方式；建议崇明三岛建设堡镇、新河、城桥、长兴等4座集中式污水处理厂，其余城镇和集中居住区的污水采用人工湿地等小型生态化治理方式分散处理，广大农村地区的污水则推广庭院式治理方式。

It was emphasized that GB3838-2002 not only need to pay attention to the full treatment of wastewater and rainwater but also the proper disposal of treated wastewater which meet the national discharge standard GB18918-2002 but still contain significant amount of pollutants if compare with the national surface water quality standard GB3838-2002. To the brooky region of Jiang-Zhe Plain, the discharged pollutant loads still significantly exceed the environmental capacity of the receiving waters even if all treated wastewater meet the first grade B limits of GB18918-2002, and the water pollution problem still cannot be really eliminated.

通过比较分析，我国现行的城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准GB18918-2002和地面水水质标准GB3838-2002，明确提出，相对于这一区域的地面水环境质量而言，不但雨污水必须得到充分有效的净化处理，达标排放的污水中也仍然含有总量不容忽视的污染物质；对于江浙平原河网地区，即使全部城市污水都达到GB18918-2002中一级B的要求，排放的污染物负荷仍然会明显超过受纳水体的环境容量，水污染问题仍然难以真正消除；达标处理水的处置与利用问题值得特别的关注与探讨。

整个过程为通过粗格删的原污水经过污水提升泵提升后，经过格删或者筛率器，之后进入沉砂池，经过砂水分离的污水进入初次沉淀池，以上为一级处理，初沉池的出水进入生物处理设备，有活性污泥法和生物膜法，(其中活性污泥法的反应器有曝气池，氧化沟等，生物膜法包括生物滤池、生物转盘、生物接触氧化法和生物流化床)，二沉池的污泥一部分回流至初次沉淀池或者生物处理设备，一部分进入污泥浓缩池，之后进入污泥消化池，经过脱水和干燥设备后，污泥被最后利用。
