In order to effectively prevent and control industrial pollution, the Chinese government has drawn up three major policies for environmental protection, i.e.,"putting prevention first and combining prevention with control,""making the causer of pollution responsible for treating it" and "intensifying environmental management."

为有效地防治工业污染，中国政府制定了"预防为主，防治结合"、"谁污染，谁治理"、"强化环境管理"三大环境保护政策，以及资源综合利用政策、结合技术改造防治工业污染政策、城市环境综合整治政策、环保技术政策、环保产业政策等。

Indeed,the earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it not only for ourselves but also for our descendants.in my opinion, we should work out concrete measure to prevent pollution senting off by automobile.for instance, cars should be equiped with a equipment that can depose of the gas sent out by cars.only in this way can we real solve the air pollution caused by automobile.

Based on residual sensitivity matrix and signs of residuals, this paper presents a new method to determine the possibility of existence of the worst residual contamination. Then a new method is presented to identify the worst residual contamination based on signs of measurement residuals.

文中基于残差符号信息研究状态估计中的残差污染问题，探讨了基于残差灵敏度矩阵和残差符号判断存在严重的残差污染的可能性，在此基础上，提出了利用残差符号信息识别严重的残差污染的方法，用简单的图示直观地描述了这一方法。

The concentrations of CODcr and NH4+ vary from low to high, then from high to low in the process of refuse leaching, that is to say that there are three phases which are aerobian decomposition, facultative aerobian and anaerobian decomposition;(3)The time of landfill reaching to stabilize under the condition of filtration, for landfill of Jinqianpu, is at least 86 years if CODcr is regarded as a index; but is about 98 years when NH4+ as an index;(4)The column leaching experiment simulated is carried on interactivity between leachate and different lithologic characters, water-bearing media of different thickness. Some parameters can be determined by calculation, such as, the retained factor and hydro-chemical transportation rate of pollutants in suspended media, which quantitatively analyse the suspended soil capability of components purification and the pollution scope of water bearing media.

垃圾淋滤过程中和经历了一个由低到高、再由高到低的过程，即垃圾填埋过程中经历了好氧分解、兼性好氧分解及完全厌氧分解等三个阶段；（3）垃圾组分在淋滤条件下分解达到稳定的时间，对于金钱堡垃圾填埋场，若以作为考核指标，填埋场达到稳定化时间至少需要86年；若以作为考核指标，则填埋场达到稳定化至少需98年的时间；（4）对垃圾浸泡液与不同岩性、不同厚度含水层介质之间的作用进行了土柱淋滤模拟试验，通过计算污染质在包气带介质中运移的阻滞因子和水化学迁移率等参数，定量地描述了包气带土层对污染质的净化能力和污染范围。

Chemical analysis and toxic tests were combined with benthic macro invertebrates community structure alternations. Based on tri-axial graphs together with relevant matrix of decision-making, the initial bio-responsive sediment quality criteria clearly indicated the situation of heavy metal pollution, and showed the dose-response relationships between heavy metal contamination and benthic biotics. Moreover, the SQC may provide some basic material for establishment of sediment quality standards and for follow-up remediation engineering in the area.

General analysis indicates that Myriophyllum spicatum L.Panicle shape of the absorption of chromium Cr6 + concentration and treatment exist between the concentration of significant positive correlation with Myriophyllum spicatum L.can pollute the environment in better enrichment of chromium, the background environment The higher concentration levels of heavy metals, plant accumulation of heavy metals in higher concentration levels, the application of plant technology for the repair of heavy metal pollution on the environment to provide a scientific basis on Myriophyllum spicatum L. of heavy metal pollution of wetland restoration has great potential.

综合分析表明，在一定范围内，穗状狐尾藻对铬Cr6+的吸收富集含量随处理浓度升高而增大，说明穗状狐尾藻在污染环境中能较好地富集重金属铬，从而得出在一定范围内，环境背景中重金属含量水平越高植物富集重金属的含量水平也越高的结论，这就为应用植物技术修复重金属对环境造成的污染提供科学依据，而穗状狐尾藻对湿地重金属污染具有较大的修复潜力。

An overview of organotin contamination and distribution in China from various environmental samples, including waters and sediments, is presented to better understand the current state of organotin pollution in China and to improve environmental monitoring and management of organotin contamination.

A field trial for plant density has been used for practical remediation in 2004 and 2005, it has four treatments, 10 cm×10 cm、20 cm×20 cm、10 cm×40 cm and 40 cm×40 cm, respectively. The results were follows: the optimization plant density was 20 cm×20 cm; Peteris vittata L. was a herbaceous plant fit to adequacy increased density for enhancing the biomass and removalling of arsenic; with increased the plant density, the plant were accumulated more proportion arsenic in their fronds, and then made promote the efficiency of arsenic removal from contaminated soils.(2) It was a complicated pyrolysis course for plant incineration.

1在10cm×10cm、20cm×20cm、10cm×40cm与40cm×40cm 4个种植密度下，利用蜈蚣草对砷污染土壤进行了2年的田间实际修复，得出如下结论：蜈蚣草是一种适宜于密植的草本植物，具有通过提高栽培密度来提高其地上部生物产量的潜力；同时蜈蚣草密植有利于促使其吸收的砷向地上部富集，从而有利于进一步提高其对砷污染土壤的修复能力；综合考虑修复过程中的收获方式、经济成本与可操作性，在4个密度处理中密度20cm×20cm为蜈蚣草的最佳栽培密度。

Results show that as a whole the region is quite good in soil environment quality, except for Wushan and Fengjie districts, where high Cr and Ni background values have led to existence of a certain area of Grade Ⅱ soils. Over 90% of the soils are in Grade Ⅰ in terms of As, Cu, Hg, Pb and Zn. Artificial pollution is local and limited in area. For instance, spots of Hg pollution are found only in the vicinity of residential settlements, factories and minings.

结果表明：三峡库区区域土壤环境质量总体上较好，除巫山、奉节地区Cr、Ni自然高背景导致存在一定量的区域性二类土外，表层土壤中As、Cu、Hg、Pb、Zn等元素一类土占全区面积均在90%以上，仅存在局部性人为污染，如Hg在城镇、厂矿等地的点状污染；不存在区域性的人为污染。
