This study was organized in three parts. Part One: The ecological study on the relationship between environmental organochloride pollution and the incidence rate of colorectal cancer. In this part, the incidence rate of colorectal cancer was determined from the tumor registry system of Jiashan County, a highest incidence area of colorectal cancer. The soil and rice samples were collected according to the incidence rate of colorectal cancer and the geographic position of the east, west, south, north and center. The concentrations of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, hexachlorocyclohexane, polychlorinated biphenyl and sodium pentachlorophenate were detected in laboratory.

共分三个部分：第一部分环境有机氯污染与结直肠癌发病率关系的生态学研究利用结直肠癌高发区嘉善县肿瘤登记报告系统，确定各乡镇结直肠癌各年度发病率；按各乡镇结直肠癌发病率的高、中低及地理位置东、西、南、北、中等结合采集土壤和大米样品，检测其DDT、HCH、PCBs及Na-PCP的含量；对这些有机氯污染指标值与相应的结直肠癌发病率之间作相关分析等统计学处理。

Based on the detailed water quality monitoring data of about 317 hydrometric stations from 1960 to 2000 and water quantity data of 20 hydrometric stations between 1919 and 2000 included in the Hydrological Yearbooks, which were all published by Yellow River Conservancy Commission, and socio-economic data related to the Yellow River, the characteristics of water quantity, major ion chemistry, organic contamination and their mechanisms, and integrated watershed management issues of the Yellow River have been systematically studied in this work.

本文在全面分析黄河流域300余水文站过去40年（1960—2000）水质资料和干支流20余水文站过去近50年（1950—2000）径流量资料的基础上，研究了：（1）、黄河水量的基本特征和近40年来的变化，重点讨论了黄河下游&断流&现象的发展及原因：（2）、黄河天然水质的基本特征、区域分布和影响因素；（3）、黄河天然水质40年来的变化趋势及原因；（4）、黄河水系氮污染和有机污染的特征、近40年来的发展，及其与社会经济发展的关系；（5）、黄河下游水质变化与水量变化的关系；以及，（6）、黄河水质水量管理中的制度安排问题。

So the steps to decrease the level of aflatoxin and to prevent the peanut from being re-contaminated by aflatoxin should be taken as the critical control point. The measures to control the moisture content and remove unsound kernel including moulded kernels, damaged kernels, sprouted kernels and immatured kernels should be taken as the measures to prevent and control aflatoxins in peanut.

因此，以减少黄曲霉毒素污染水平和预防黄曲霉毒素再污染的步骤宜作为关键控制点；控制花生水分含量和去除霉变、受损伤、发育不良和异色花生粒等措施，作为花生中黄曲霉毒素危害的预防和控制措施。

The development, application, services and characteristics of these information systems were summarized in this review, the impendence was also analyzed to develop a management information system in public health field in China.

该文对国内外突发环境污染事件应急管理信息系统的开发和应用情况、服务内容及特点做综述，分析我国公共卫生领域建立突发环境污染公共卫生事件应急管理信息系统的迫切性。

Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithms are robust and imperceptive at the attack of noise stain, low-pass filtering and sampling again.

仿真实验表明，本课题提出的各种算法能有效地抵抗白噪声污染、色噪声污染、低通滤波和重采样对水印的攻击。
