按照改进的Feeney自由落体撞击法建立大鼠创伤性脑损伤模型，用磁共振成像对大鼠脑水肿进行检测，干/湿比重法和伊文思蓝测定法观察大鼠TBI后不同时相脑组织含水量和BBB通透性的变化，并采用逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测AQP-4 mRNA的表达，蛋白质免疫印迹法检测AQP-4蛋白的表达。

Rats with CHF were divided randomly into two groups, one group was injected dexamethasone(1mg /kg) intramuscularly at the first and forth day respectively,the other group was injected equi-volume saline likewise, and observing the changes of symptoms of rats with CHF; measuring rats hemodynamics index including blood pressure, heart rate and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure 4 days later. Part 3: The study enrolled 35 patients with DCHF. Patients were included if they had orthopnea and refractory edema due to acute DCHF that was severe and had taken more 1 week hospitalization and intravenous therapy in addition to diuretics.

Results The model showed serious edema, proteinuria, hypoproteinemia, and hyperlipidemia. Podocytes were swollen and mesangial cells developed mild hyperplasia at the end of the fourth week. The nephric tubule atrophied at the end of the eighth week accompanied with adhesion between glomeruli and Bowman's capsule. Glomeruli sclerosis of mild or medium degree was observed at the end of the twelfth week with obvious lymphocyte infiltration in the renal interstitium as well as the formation of collagen fibers.

结果 该模型表现为严重水肿、大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症和高脂血症；病理学检查显示，4周末肾小球足细胞肿胀，系膜细胞轻度增生；8周末有球囊粘连，肾小管上皮细胞萎缩；12周末部分肾小球节段性轻、中度硬化，间质内有明显灶性淋巴细胞浸润，并有轻度纤维化。

Results CT shows 18 cases of mesenteric edema, 2 cases of mesenteric pneumatosis, 7 cases of mesenteric vascular anomalies, 5 cases of mesenteric vascular were filling defect, 2 cases of the trunk of the mesenteric vascular were thickening, 21 cases of segmental mesenteric small blood vessels hyperemia, 7 cases of segmental mesenteric small blood vessels ischemia and 2 cases of the mesenteric venous accumulation of gas.

结果 CT表现：肠系膜水肿18例，肠系膜积气2例，肠系膜血管走行异常7例，肠系膜血管充盈缺损5例，肠系膜主干血管增粗2例，节段性肠系膜小血管充血21例，节段性肠系膜小血管缺血7例，肠系膜静脉积气2例。
