水肿

Results: The ratio of male patients to female in the group was about 1.8∶1. Frequent clinical symptoms and signs: back and flank pain（69.57%）,hydronephrosis（75.65%）,deficiency of renal function（52.17%）,dilatation of superior segment ureter（39.13%）,edema of lower extremities（25.22%）, hypertension（22.62%）,and oliguria or anuresis（20.87%）.

结果： (1)该病患者男∶女为1.8∶1，腰背部疼痛80例（69.57%），肾积水87例（75.65%），肾功能损害60例（52.17%），上段输尿管扩张49例（42.61%），下肢水肿29例（25.22%），高血压26例（22.61%），少尿、无尿24例（20.87%）。

The perentage of general symptom was 20.8%,such as,fever,fidget,hawk and hypodynamia.The main symptoms and physical signs were micturition crying,dysuresia,abnormal color of urine and oliguresis(86.5%).The next one was digestive systemmatic symptom,accounts for 55.6%,The percentage of fever,hawk,fidget were 42.4%,there were less particulate matter(9.3%),cruenturesis (3.6%),edema(3.0%),anuresis(1.8%) in the urine.

主要症状和体征以排尿哭闹、排尿困难、尿色异常和少尿为多，占85.6%；消化系统症状次之，占55.6%；发热、咳嗽、烦躁等症状占42.4%；尿中有颗粒物、血尿、水肿、无尿等较为严重的症状较少，分别占9.3%、3.6%、3.0%、1.8%。

patients of ins complicated with arf often manifest oliguria or anuria ,severe edema ,hydrothorax or hydroperitonia ,congestive or pulmonary edema they would have a good prognosis because of the use of crrt, ins complicated with arf can be occurred in all kinds of glomerular patholohy type.

临床上ins并发arf多为少尿性arf，常合并高度水肿、胸腹腔积液、高血压、心衰竭肺水肿；可发生于各种肾小球病理类型，小管间质病变均较重；经合理治疗，尤其是crrt的应用，多预后良好。
