将45例急性酒精中毒患者随机分为研究组25例、对照组20例，对两组非昏迷患者均进行催吐，以排出胃内酒精，并给予静脉滴注10%葡萄糖、0.9%氯化钠溶液、VitC、VitB6，利尿、纠正酸碱及水电解质紊乱等治疗；研究组应用醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗，对照组单用纳洛酮治疗。
