On the basis of collecting systematically the materials of the physical prospecting, the geological drilling and the water pumping experiment of the mine, geological structure ,aqui- fers and other hydrogeological condition of the minefield have been detailedly researched. Finally, the conclusions that geological structure of the mine is ***, aquifers belong to the aquosity small rock layer, hydrogeological condition is ***, were drawn.

在系统收集该井田矿井物探、钻探和抽水试验资料的基础上，对井田内地质构造、各含水层等水文地质条件进行了具体研究，得出结论为矿区地质构造简单；含水层属于含水性弱或微弱的岩层；水文地质类型为中等。

In this study, we isolate, purify and characterize endo-β-glucanase by Ascomycete Xylaria regalis. The cellulose-containing medium is used to induce the production of the cellulose-degrading enzymes. When these enzymes are produced at maximum level, we harvest and filtrate the culture medium. The filtrate is purified by anion exchanger column and hydrophobic interaction column (phenyl-650M). The purification fold of endo-β- glucanase increases 4.3 times, the specific activity approaches 3.7 unit/mg, and the recovery is 27.6%, respectively.

为了分离且纯化此株菌产生在培养基中的endo-β-glucanase，先将此菌在cellulose液态培养基中大量培养，在此酵素达到最高峰时，利用滤纸过滤将菌丝及菌液分开，收集粗酵素液，再经过阴离子交换树脂及疏水性层析管柱(Phenyl-650M)等步骤予以纯化，所得到最终酵素纯度为 4.3倍，比活性为3.7 unit/mg，回收率为27.6%。

The results show that all the hmgr genes from pigs, cattle and chickens are astable enzyme proteins with the same gene sequence characteristics and encoding protein and physical and chemical properties; all the amino acid sequences have a high degree of homology, containing two conservative HMG-CoA binding motifs and two NADPH binding motifs; all the amino acid sequences, containing signal peptide, are secreted proteins; they are all hydrophobic transmembrane proteins with five transmembrane domains; random coil and α-helix are the main structural elements in the HMGR polypeptide chain; all the predictions of three-dimensional structure are V- shaped; there are more closer evolution relationship between the HMGR gene from pigs and cattle.

结果表明：猪、牛和鸡HMGR基因序列特点及编码蛋白质理化性质基本相同，均属不稳定类酶蛋白；保守结构域氨基酸序列具有高度的同源性，均含有保守的2个β-羟基-β-甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A结合基序和2个还原性烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸结合基序；均有信号肽，属分泌型蛋白质；属于跨膜的疏水性蛋白，均有5个跨膜结构域；无规则卷曲和α-螺旋是HMGR多肽链中的主要结构元件；三维结构预测都呈"V"字形；猪和牛HMGR基因的进化关系最近。

The above results were interpreted by the calucation of CNDO/2 method of quantum chemistry. The effection of a collector-accelerating-agent mixed with a just main-collector was better than that of two collectors mixed. The structure of collector-accelerating-agent is described:① a carbonic chain or ring compound with a polar-radical,② a larger positive electric centre in this polar-radical〓 was the compound with many coordination atomics.

量子化学CNDO/2方法计算验证了上述结果，并且得到如下结论：选择有效的捕收促进剂与适当捕收剂混用，比用两种捕收剂混用更有效；并总结出捕收促进剂的结构特点为：①带一个极性基团，有足够疏水性的碳链、环化合物；②极性基因中有一个较大的正电荷中心；③极性基因中最好有多个能参与配位的极性原子。
