摘 要：采用心理测量方法，对运动员在安静、中度疲劳、重度疲劳三种状态时的上肢多关节联动动觉准确性、腕关节敏感度、肤觉两点阈、肌肉用力感、投篮命中率5项指标进行测试，结果表明：四项感觉指标和投篮准确性在中度疲劳状态时较安静状态和重度疲劳状态有所提高；不同指标的变化差异不同，投篮准确性、肤觉两点阈、腕关节敏感度的变化达到显著或非常显著水平；而肌肉用力感和上肢多关节联动动觉准确性的变化差异未达到显著性水平；在三个不同疲劳状况下肤觉两点阈、腕关节敏感度与投篮准确性的变化相一致。

But organisms regulation and responsion to sex hormone level is an exquisite and complicated process with individual difference. It is not so simple as imaged by externally regulate sex hormone balance to prevent or delay the occurrence of AS. Great disputes exist in whether supplement of sex hormone, especially estrogen, can delay the occurrence and development of AS.

女性低雌激素状态，男性低睾酮状态已被多个临床研究证实是AS的易患因素之一，但由于机体对性激素水平的调节以及机体对性激素水平变化的应对是一个相当精细和复杂的过程且存在个体差异，试图通过外在地调整性激素平衡来预防或延缓AS发生并非象想象的那么简单，人为地补充性激素尤其是雌激素能否延缓AS发生与发展目前存在着争议。

Venous blood was drawn from 35 old hypertension patients when blood pressure was nomial and abnormal, respectively. Epinephrine. norepinephine, endothelins, angiotensin Ⅱ and calcitonin-gene-related peptide were determined by radio-immunity. The above five cytokines were also determined in 33 old healthy people. The cytokines levels were compared between the normal and abnormal blond pressure in hypertension patients and also between the old hypertension patients and healthy persons. The correlation between blood pressure and cytokines were analyzed.

第四章对尉犁绿洲系统近10年来的承压超载状况进行了分析，结果发现，自1991年以来，在小康、富裕与现代化等不同生活水平约束下，尉犁绿洲系统都处于超载状态，生态环境脆弱、经济发展水平低下、基础设施落后、人口素质低下与生活水平处于较低水平是尉犁绿洲系统处于超载状态的根本原因；但从整体看，尉犁绿洲系统的承载状况趋向好转，主要原因在于尉犁绿洲人口规模小、人均资源利用指标处于较高水平、水利设施条件进一步改善和绿洲居民预期寿命始终处于较高水平。

The results showed compared with the native state the shear strength of rockmass under the saturation state decreased by 11.17%, cohesion force decreased by 16.09%, internal frictional angle decreased by 10.02%.(3) 3D-σFEM numerical simulation software is used to simulate the slope stability on the native state and saturation state. Compared with the nature state the displacement of the discontinuity and stress concentration in the saturation state is largened clearly, the results showed slope stability under the rainfall is weakened.

更多含有天然结构面的岩体试件进行了不同含水量下的强度试验，试验结果证明在岩体试件处于饱水状态时的结构面抗剪强度比天然状态下平均下降了11.17%、粘聚力平均下降了16.09%、内摩擦角平均下降了10.02%；(3)采用3D-σ有限元数值软件对K86+180～K86+470段岩质边坡进行了三维有限元数值模拟，并且分天然状态分阶段开挖和饱水状态分阶段开挖两种不同状况进行了稳定性分析，从分析结果可以看出与天然状态相比，饱水状态下软弱层水平方向位移明显增大，坡脚及软弱层特别是软弱层临空面附近的剪应力值显著增大，并且其安全系数与天然状态相比也显著减小，说明在有大的降雨发生当岩体处于饱水状态时边坡整体稳定性被削弱，边坡失稳可能性增大。
