Thee isoenergetic diets containing 0%, 15% and 30% gelatinized corn starch were formulated as control, middle level and high level carbohydrate diets, respectively. The juvenile southern catfish, Silurus meridionalis Chen (50.5±0.6g) were acclimated with control diet for l5d at 27.5±0.5t. Activities of glycolytic key enzymes (HK, GK and PFK-l) and the serum glucose concentrations in the southern catfish respectively fed with the three diets were examined, at 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48h after feeding.

WTHZ Results The telomerase activity and expression of telomerase rela ted genes were significantly higher in 42 leukemia patients in progress stage th an that in complete remission/chronic stage and in normal/anemia cases (P.01).The telomerase activity and expression of TP1,hTR gene in 14 cases of acute leuk emia complete remission/chronic myelogenous-chronic stage were h igher than that in normal/anemia cases (P.05). Low levels of telom erase activi ty and telomerase related genes expression could be detected in part of normal b one marrow cells. The levels of telomerase activity and telomerase related genes expression in 3 cases of anemia increased after short-term culture.

针对目前国内外对樟科植物系统分类的研究现状，本研究采用ISSR分子标记技术对樟科沉水樟天然居群和迁地保护居群的遗传多样性进行研究，从分子水平上分析沉水樟种群的生态遗传及其遗传变异规律；同时利用ISSR分子标记技术比较沉水樟及其近缘种香樟、阴香、闽楠、桂北木姜子、新木姜子、香叶树、鳄梨在分子水平上的亲缘关系，揭示这些树种在樟科植物系统进化中的作用与地位，探讨沉水樟及其近缘种的遗传多样性及其分化格局，为樟科植物的系统分类提供分子水平的依据。

In the paper, a series of metallorganic compounds have been studied by the quantum-chemical calculation with proper basis sets, including:1. a series of carbonyl complexes.2. dibenzene chromium and its derivatives3. ferrocene and its derivatives4. a series of metallic complexes with acetylacetoneWe optimized the geometric configurations of a series carbonyl complexes including Ni4 Fe5, Cr6 with density functional theory B3LYP method at the different levels and confirmed the stable geometry by vibrational analyses. Then we calculated the nuclear magnetic resonance spectra with GIAO method provided by GAUSSION98 program at the different levels.
