The aim of this thesis is to create a new series of covalently bonded inorganic-organic hybrid materials based on polymolybdate clusters by exploiting appropriate metal cations or organic ligands as linkers according to the concept of crystal engineering.

本论文得到的化合物均不溶于水和常见的有机溶剂，因而大部分被用来作为化学体修饰电极的修饰材料，详细地研究了它们的电化学性质。

In chapter 6, a simple and rapid method for the simultaneous determination of three water-soluble compounds,β(3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl) lactic acid, protocatechuic acid and protocatechuic aldehyde, in radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza injection was firstly developed.

在第六章，我们首次建立了一种简单的、快速的同时测定丹参注射液中三种水溶性化合物丹参素、原儿茶酚和原儿茶醛的毛细管区带电泳法。

By setting the retting duration of 20 hours, the factors affecting the residual gum percentage of the retted kenaf fibers are studied. The experimental results show clearly that the following factors have the significant influence on the residual gum percentage of the retted kenaf fibers and show the obvious variation tendency. The preferred processing parameters are as follows: pH value 7. 0、bath ratio 1: 50、reuse percentage of retting liquid 50%、air flow volume 2. 5L/min、temperature 40℃、nitric additives (ammonia is better than nitrates) percentage 0.45%.By comparison with anaerobic retting, the retting duration using aerobes is much shorter than that using anaerobes.

确定了以好氧微生物脱胶作为本课题的脱胶路线后，在特定的脱胶时间（20小时）条件下，通过分析不同参数条件下的残胶率，研究了好氧微生物脱胶的各种影响因素对红麻脱胶的影响规律，并优选出最佳脱胶液回用比为50％，最佳pH值为7.0，最佳气流量为2.5L/min，最佳浴比为1：50，最佳水浴温度为40℃，最佳含氮添加剂为铵盐类化合物，最佳含氮添加剂用量为0.45％。

In the present study, we applied water-insoluble nickel oxide and nickel subsulfide to induce morphological transformation of human embryonic lung cells and to probe the differentially expressed genes related to the transformation.

因此本研究试图用两种水不溶性镍化合物诱发人胚肺细胞的恶性转化模型，并分离、克隆与之相关的差异表达基因，为深入研究镍致癌的分子机理提供初步的资料。

The results of this study are summarized below.1 A variety of additives such as proteins,glyoxal / glycerol,alcohols,metal salts,as well as ethylene monomer were used in this study and all of them could improve the leaching resistance of the three kinds of borate(boric acid,borax,disodium octaborate tetrahydrate) in different extents through variety forms.

本研究的结果归纳如下：(1)本研究中所使用的多种助剂如蛋白质、乙二醛/丙三醇、醇类化合物、金属盐以及乙烯单体等都能通过各种形式，不同程度的提高三种硼酸盐(硼酸、硼砂、四水合八硼酸二钠)的抗流失性，但效果均不是特别明显。

The main contributions of this thesis are:(1) Seven mononuclear complexes of tetradentate ligand NTB have been obtained using N〓 or SCN〓 as the additional ligand;(2) Seventeen binuclear complexes of Fe , Zn , Co , Cu have been designed and the complexes of Co , Cu exhibit antiferromagnetic properties;(3) Changing the bridged-ligand such as PO〓, CO〓, o-phth, mai, Ag (CN 〓, Au 〓, etc , fourteen tetranuclear complexes of polypridine ligand have been synthesized;(4) Two antiferromagnetic 1D chain complexes of KH〓pdc ligand have been prepared from hydrothermal reactions; in addition, one ferromagnetic 1D chain copper complex of tpdp which is bridged by oxalate has been obtained.

本论文的主要贡献为：(1)合成了配体NTB的七个新型单核配合物；(2)合成了十七个铁、锌、钴及铜系列混桥双核配合物，其中双核钴和双核铜配合物为反铁磁偶合；(3)选用多吡啶配体tpdp和TPA，改变桥联配体，合成了十个四核配合物；(4)选择配体KH〓pdc，采用水热合成方法得到了反铁磁性一维链状锰、铜配合物；以草酸根为桥联配体，合成了配体tpdp的一维链状铜配合物，该化合物为铁磁偶合，文献较少报道。

Methods 4-Hydroxy- benzonitrile was treated with sodium hydrogen sulfide and anhydrous magnesium chloride in dimethyl formamide to give thioamide, which was then directly cyclized with ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate without separation to give ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(2) in one-pot; then 2 was formylated with Duff reaction adopting hexamethylenetetramine in trifluoroacetic acid to give ethyl 2-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(3); finally, the target compound was obtained by the treatment of 3 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium formate in formic acid.

采用&一勺烩&方法，以4-羟基苯甲腈为起始原料，首先与硫氢化钠和无水氯化镁在N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中反应，所得中间体不经分离，直接加入2-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯进行环合反应，得到2-(4-羟基)苯基-4-甲基-5-噻唑甲酸乙酯（2）；然后通过六亚甲基四胺/三氟乙酸进行Duff反应，得到2-(3-甲酰基-4-羟基)苯基-4-甲基-5-噻唑甲酸乙酯（3）；再经盐酸羟胺/甲酸/甲酸钠体系脱水得到目标化合物。

In order to achieve salt-free dyeing of cotton fabrics with reactive dyes ,a water-soluble amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer(HBP-NH2) was synthesized from methyl acrylate and diethylene triamine by melt polycondensation.

为了实现棉织物活性染料无盐染色工艺，以丙烯酸甲酯和二乙烯基三胺为原料，采用熔融缩合聚合法合成了1种水溶性端氨基超支化合物(HBP-NH2)。

In chapter 3, 83 volatile chemical constituents have been identified from the petroleum ether extracted part of ethanol extract of Debregeasia longifolia Wedd., and the relative percentages of the compounds are determined by GC method. From the extract of trichloromethane and ethyl acetate, 8 compounds have been isolated.

第三章首次对长叶水麻乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部分分离并鉴定出83种成分，并用毛细管气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各组分的相对百分含量；从氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到了8种化合物，用波谱学方法鉴定了其中2种成分。

The results showed that the suitable condition for the reaction are as follows: benzaldehyde/1, 2-propylene molar ratio is 1:1.4, the mount of potassium dodecatungstocobaltate trihydrate (K5CoW12O403H2O) is 0.5g, the volume of cyclohexane is 9 mL, and reaction time is 70 min.

实验结果表明，杂多化合物K5CoW12O403H2O是合成环己酮l， 2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂，在酮醇物质的量比为l：1.4、催化剂质量为0.5g、带水剂环己烷体积为9mL、反应时间为70min的最佳条件下，环己酮l， 2-丙二醇缩酮的收率最高可达94.2%。
