水动力学

Based on the analysis of Laoshan District, the research was carried on including water environment capacity, water allocation and forewarning evaluation. Hydraulics, System Dynamics and analytic hierarchy process are applied in the research. The main contents and conclusions are as following:1. With economic development, urbanization and continuous improvement of people\'s living standards, the demand of water resources in Laoshan District will continue to increase dramatically.

本文在分析青岛市崂山区水资源利用现状的基础上，运用水力学、系统动力学和层次分析法，对区域水环境容量、水资源优化配置和水资源复合系统安全预警进行了系统的研究，主要得到以下结论：1、随着经济建设、城市化的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，崂山区水资源需求量正在并将继续急剧增加，且由于区域水资源时空分布不均衡，新水源开发、客水调入难度大，部分地区已出现水资源紧缺状况。

The frame of the model was built based on the ophthalmic accepted feedback mechanism of the aqueous humor flow and intraocular pressure.

为从宏观上应用工程方法进一步研究房水运行机理，提出了人眼前节房水流动系统的动力学仿真模型。

The results indicate that the time of rearrangement decreases greatly near critical region, which account for the increase of reaction rate in supercritical water.

MATERIALS AND METHODS: One hundred patients with lower urinary tract symptoms were instructed to keep a 3-day voiding diary. Patients were instructed to record the time and volume of their water intake, voided urine volume, and number and time of sensation of urgency and episodes of urge incontinence. Patients were diagnosed according to their clinical findings as having a normal bladder, hypersensitive bladder, overactive bladder, polydipsia polyuria, or nocturnal polyuria. Thirty-six patients underwent a urodynamic study to further assess their lower urinary tract dysfunction, for which urodynamic results were classified as a normal bladder, detrusor overactivity, or bladder hypersensitivity.

材料与方法：一百位具有下尿路症状的病人经由指示记录三日排尿日志，每一位病人均记录其喝水及排尿的时问和容量，以及感觉急尿或发生尿急失禁的次数，根据其临床发现诊断为正常膀胱、超敏感性膀胱、膀胱过动症、多喝水性多尿症，或是夜间多尿症，其中三十六位病人接受了尿动力学检查以进一步评估其下尿路功能异常，依其尿动力学检查分类为正常膀胱，逼尿肌活性过强，或是膀胱超敏感性。

A measuring approach of pressure oscillation has been developed and experiments are conducted in a 10 liter two-dimension air-lift loop reactor. The experimental results show that the local mass transfer parameters have close relationship with the operating conditions, the structure of ALR and the properties of the reaction systems. A series of measurements of pressure pulse indicate that a gas distribution zone exists near the gas sparger, and in this zone the responding signals of pressure pulse are different with the signals measured in other parts of the reactor.

对不同结构的环流反应器的局部流体动力学和传质动力学特性进行了研究，利用压力传感器测量了空气-水、空气-NaCl水溶液、空气-Na〓SO〓水溶液、空气-葡萄糖水溶液和空气-乙醇水溶液五种体系，在不同气速下，不同位置的压力脉动信号，通过随机信号的数学分析，得到压力脉动信号的频谱特性，并依据压力脉动信号的频谱特性的分析给出环流反应器气体分布区的范围。

The structural and diffusion properties of water confined in hydrophobic micropores were studied by means of molecular dynamics simulations.

During the subduction and collision of Yangtze and Sino-Korean craton in Triassic period, they all subduced into mantle depth, due to the granite was relative poor in water and denser than sedimentary rocks, the kinetics rate of metamorphism of granite was much more slow than that of sedimentary and mafic volcanic rocks.

即在扬子板块与中朝板块三叠纪俯冲—碰撞过程中他们一起进入到地幔深度的超高压环境，但由于花岗片麻岩的原岩相对于副片麻岩的原岩明显贫水且结构致密，其中发生变质作用的动力学速度明显慢于沉积岩或基性火山岩中的动力学速度。

According to the above study result, the diversity of microorganisms population in the SUFR system is complex and the bio-community formed in the SUFR system is stable. The close relations between abundance of bacteria and nutrients were found. The correlation between heterotrophic bacteria and COD was 0.949. The correlation between organic phosphate bacteria and TP was 0.815. The correlation between nitrosobacteria and NH3-N was 0.909. The correlation between disnitrifier bacteria and TN was 0.653. These inneglectable great factors effecting on phosphorus-uptake and phosphorus-release of phosphorus accumulating organisms are the influent COD、the concentration of DO、the sludge retention time、the temperature. The diversity of organic phosphate bacteria population in the SUFR reactor was complex and there is no phosphate bacteria taking the absolute superiority in quantity. The near-native pure culture method powerfully complement the traditional pure culture technique and enrich culture technique. The sludgy bioactivity is very good in whole SUFR reactor. By the quality of being biochemistry, the anaerobic phase is higher than anoxic phase and the anoxic phase is higher than aerobic phase of SUFR.

通过以上试验内容研究发现，SUFR 系统中的微型动物种群较多，微生物生态系统稳定；系统中微生物的数量与营养盐的含量密切相关，其中总异养菌与COD的相关系数r 为0.949，有机磷细菌与TP 的相关系数r 为0.815，亚硝化菌与NH4+-N的相关系数r 为0.909，反硝化菌的数量和TN 的相关系数r 为0.653；污水生物除磷工艺中进水COD 的浓度、DO 浓度、泥龄的长短、温度都是影响聚磷菌释磷及吸磷效果的不可忽视的因素；SUFR 系统中的磷细菌呈现种群多样化的趋势，没有占绝对优势数量的磷细菌；微孔滤膜近自然培养法是对传统纯培养技术和富集培养技术的有力补充；整个SUFR 反应器系统中污泥的生物活性很好，就可生化性来讲，厌氧反应器大于缺氧反应器大于好氧反应器；按照动力学方程式求出的细胞生长动力学特征值和SUFR 脱氮除磷系统工艺的实测值结果基本吻合。

Based on the changes in the spectrum characters of guest molecules producedthrough inclusion complex formation with cyclodextrins, we have carried out two aspects of investigation:First, the mechanisms for the host-guest recognition reactions have been studied, such as the interactions between 3-CD and curcumin, the main constituent of the rhizomes of the plant Curcuma longa, the recognition of p-CD towards rubidate, the effective component of the Chinese traditional medicine madder, and the reactions of p-CD towards the antileprotic drug dapsone and the antiinflammatory drug nabumetone: The formation of supramolecular complex between P-CD and guest molecule has been discussed and verified in virtue of multitudinous means such asultraviolet-visible absorption, fluorescence emission, infrared spectrogram and so on. The influence of addition of linear alcohols on the supramolecular system has been studied and the reason why the noncovalent interactions in the three-component system could result in a decrease in the apparent association constant of the inclusion complex has been revealed.

本论文基于环糊精对被包结客体光谱性质的改变，开展了两大方面的研究：β-环糊精对姜黄属植物根茎主要成分—姜黄素、中药茜草有效成分—茜草双酯、抗麻风药物氨苯砜及抗炎药物萘丁美酮的主-客体识别反应机制研究：借助超分子包合物的紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱或红外吸收光谱等手段，通过多种方法探讨并验证了超分子包合物的形成；研究了直链醇的加入对超分子体系的影响，揭示了三元体系中非共价相互作用导致超分子包合物表观结合常数降低的原因：对超分子包结反应进行了热动力学研究，探讨了各热动力学参数的变化趋势并从熵焓互补的角度考察了超分子包结过程；通过荧光猝灭实验进一步揭示了水相中β-环糊精增敏客体荧光的本质原因，从而为超分子化学提供新的理论和研究方法。

The reasons of iron ions content overproof in grade Ⅱ desalting water system,such as variation water quality,contamination of regenerant , operation adjustment of pretreatment system and switching operation of bed were discussed.
