Base on the result, a new antiarrhymic drug model was established, and the molecular mechanism was clarified why matrine and berbamine were not so effective on arrhythmia compared to amiodarone and RP58866. The antiarrhythmic mechanism of Chinese traditional drugs cyclovirobuxine D and water extracts from codyceps sinensis was investigated, and a scheme was produced to potentize the afficacy of antiarrhythmic Chinese traditional drugs.

在此基础上，建立了一种新的抗心律失常药物模型，阐明苦参碱和小檗胺抗心律失常作用弱于胺碘酮和RP58866的分子机制；并探讨了中药环维黄杨星D、冬虫夏草水提液抗心律失常作用机制，提出了增强抗心律失常中药效能的方案。

The results showed that intermidiate 1, 2-propanediol-sebacate of low relative molecular mass was synthesized with toluene-p-sulfoinc acid as catalyst, benzene as watercarrying agent, and of mole ratio of sebacic acid to 1, 2-propanediol of 1:4. The glass-transition temperatures of PPSC were below 0 ℃ which confirmed that PPSC would be in a high-elastic state of ambient temperature and human body temperature. Aging mechanism of wood-plastic composite was: light and heat break down the long molecular chains of wood flour and plastic; the free radicals reacted with the oxygen, which generated carbonyl groups, hydroperoxides and so on; the free radicals also had cross linking reaction, which generated alkoxy; Water destroyed the interface of wood flour and plastic, hydrolyzed ester additives, extracted the small molecule additives and degradation products; Microorganism degraded cellulose, semicellulose, lignin and ester additives; degradation product from different component accelerated the aging, which could be exampled by the fact that HCl from degradation of PVC accelerated the hydrolyzation of cellulose and semicellulose.
