To avoid the influence of ammonolysis, alcoholysis and hydrolysis on molecular structure identification, in this paper, derivational estimation is utilized to confirm molecular structures ofβ-naphthol-containing sulfonyl chloride intermediates. Then the structures of corresponding sulfonamide dyes are also confirmed by FTIR,~1H NMR and mass spectrometry.

为了避免磺酰氯化合物发生水解、醇解和胺解等衍生化反应影响磺酰氯化合物分子结构表征，本文采用衍生化反推法证明了β-萘酚结构磺酰氯化合物的分子结构，并利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱表征了含β-萘酚结构磺酰胺染料的分子结构。

以二氯二苯甲烷和2，6-二甲基苯酚为原料合成了含有阻碍基团的双酚单体，用此双酚单体和1，3-二(4-氟苯甲酰基苯)在无水碳酸钾存在的条件下反应制得聚芳醚酮，然后用氯磺酸磺化，控制反应条件，使磺酸基团恰好进入苯环对位，制得新型结构的磺化聚芳醚酮。

The chemical structure of the product was characterized by means of the melting point and IR. The results show that tetraethylammonium bromide which was used as a phase transfer catalyst in this reaction had optimization effect on the interfacial diffusive reaction of BTC and PNP. Higher concentration of sodium hydroxide, lower temperature and a higher dosage of BTC produced a small amount of 4-nitrophenyl chloroformate, while lower concentration of sodium hydroxide and a lower dosage of BTC made reaction incomplete, which affected the yield.

结果表明，在碳酸二（4-硝基苯基）酯合成中使用的相转移催化剂四乙基溴化铵对受界面扩散控制的BTC气与对硝基酚钠反应有良好的相转移催化效果；氢氧化钠质量分数较低时，酚钠盐向溶有BTC的油相扩散速度较小，较高时会产生氯甲酸对硝基苯酯；温度较低、BTC量较高时，会产生少量氯甲酸对硝基苯酯，BTC用量较低会使反应不完全，这些都影响着收率。

Results The levels of HSP 70 mRNA and HSP 70 protein expression were significantly different among the 5 groups. Ketamine induced marked HSP 70 mRNA and HSP 70 protein expression in the posterior cingulated cortex. Propofol itself did not induce HSP 70 gene expression in this brain region. Propofol significantly inhibited ketamine-induced HSP 70 mRNA and HSP 70 protein expression in the posterior cingulate cortex in a dose-dependent manner.

结果氯胺酮可明显诱导HSP70 mRNA与HSP70蛋白在大鼠后扣带回皮质区的表达；异丙酚自身不能诱导HSP70基因的表达；预先给予异丙酚可显著抑制氯胺酮诱导的HSP70 mRNA和HSP70蛋白在这一区域的表达，且抑制效应呈剂量依赖性。
