In this dissertation, the stable radical cation salts ofphenothiazine and 10 - alkylphenothiazine alky=〓(〓 hexachloroantimonate,perchlorate and iodide were prepared by one- electron oxidationwith 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl - 4 -acetyloxypiperidine oxoammoniumhexachloroantimonate, perchloric acid/hydrogen peroxide andmolecular iodine respectively, and they were characteried by UV -Vis spectroscopy and ESR spectroscopy.

本文的主要内容有：吩噻嗪和10-烃基吩噻嗪分别被碘、高氯酸／过氧化氢，2，2，6，6-四甲基-4-乙酰氧基哌啶氧铵六氯锑酸盐氧化为相应的正离子自由基碘盐、高氯酸盐、六氯锑酸盐，并用UV-Vis光谱和ESR波谱进行了鉴定和研究。

Part 2. Methods:After 1-week washout and 2-week placebo run-in period,patients with seated diastolic blood pressure 95-115 mmHg (n=76) were administrated with losartan 50 mg once-daily or losartan 50 mg/hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg once daily for 4 weeks,followed by double doses once daily for another 4 weeks in those patients with SeDBP≥90 mmHg.

坐位舒张压95～115 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)的76例原发性高血压患者，经1周药物洗脱期，2周安慰剂期后，随机服用氯沙坦50 mg(氯沙坦组，n=37)，每日1次或氯沙坦50 mg与双氢克尿噻12.5 mg合剂(氯沙坦+双氢克尿噻合剂组，n=39)，每日1次。4周末坐位舒张压≥90 mmHg者，剂量分别加倍，继续服用4周。

Clopidogrel has the same effect on NSTE acute coronary syndrome with fewer side effects than Ticlopidine. The side effect included gastrointestinal tract response and exanthem, which had no influence no treatment.

In this paper, eleven benzothiazole derivatives such as N, N, N′, N′-tetra (2-benzothiazolyl) methyl-1, 2-ethanediamine,(2-benzothiazolyl) methyloxy benzene, 2,4-dichloro( 2-benzothiazolyl) methyloxy benzene, O-di(2-benzothiazolyl) methyloxybenzene, P-di(2-benzothiazolyl) methyloxy benzene, 3-(2-benzothiazolyl) pyridine were synthesized by means of conventional method or MWI technology and a single crystal of di (2-benzothiazolyl ) methyl ether was obtained.

Thiazolidiane-4-carboxylic acid was prepared and used as the aid catalyst that has strengthened the catalytic effect of chloroplatinic acid, greatly improved the yield of the hydrosilylation of methyldichlorosilane with allychloride, and made the yield get to 64.9%.

通过比较，选用自制的含硫化合物4-羧基-1，3-噻唑烷作助催化剂，大大增强了氯铂酸的催化活性，使甲基二氯硅烷与氯丙烯的加成反应以较高产率得到γ-氯丙基甲基二氯硅烷，产率可达64.9%。

In this study, new benzo[l,2,3]thiadiazole derivatives were designed according to relationship of structure and efficacy. The 9 novel compounds were synsthesized with following reactions. The chlorine atom in 2-chloro-3,5-dinitro-benzoic acid as beginning raw material was substituted by 2-methylpropane-2-thiol, esterified then with bromoethane, reduced by iron powder and cyclized to obtain ethyl benzo[l,2,3]thiadiazole-7 after diazonation reation.
