The study show that the frozen earth in this area is mainly silty clay. The content of the dissolvable solt is relative high,which is 12.01%, and the main salinity is NaCL and KCL. The research also revealed that frozen intensity would ascend jumpily when the water contend in the soil reached its optimization( 10.61%) and kept rising,and this phenomena got more obvious with the decrease of the temperature. Between 0C and 10C, the frozen intensity vared very obviously, when the temperature is under -10C, the variety of frozen intensity got gently, and the change is not obvious. The frozen strength was influenced by the solution thickness in the soil hole.when the thickness increased, the frozen intensity decreased.

研究表明：那曲河地区冻土区冻土主要为颗粒较细小的粉质粘土：土样易溶盐含量较高，为12.01％，主要盐分为氯化钠NaCL和氯化钾KCL；该地区冻土土内水分达到最优含水率10.61％并继续增大时，冻结强度有个跳跃式的上升，这种现象随着温度的降低而愈明显；由0℃到-10℃时，冻结强度变化十分明显，温度下降到-10℃以后，冻结强度变化趋于平缓，变化不甚明显；冻结强度受土样孔隙中盐溶液浓度的影响，盐溶液浓度增加，冻结强度减小。

The HPLC method has been used to investigate the stability of etimicin in 0.9% sodium chloride, 5% glucose, 10% glucose, compound sodium chloride, glucose sodium chloride and so on. In the experiment, the ODS-C18 column (4.6mm×250mm), mobile phase: methanol/water/acetic acid=80/16/4 (containing heptane sulfonic sodium 0.02mol/L), UV detection with wavelength of 330nm were employed. After integrating each of the menstruums with etimicin, the content and pH value were measured after 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h and 8h at a temperature of 17, 25 and 35℃, respectively.

实验采用HPLC法，以C18柱为色谱柱，CH3OH：H2O：HAc=80：16：4（含0.02mol/L庚烷磺酸钠）为流动相，检测波长330nm；对依替米星在生理盐水，5%葡萄糖，10%葡萄糖，复方氯化钠，葡萄糖氯化钠等溶媒中进行了稳定性研究，在室温(17℃)，25℃，35℃情况下，将依替米星与不同的溶媒配伍后，在1h，2h，4h，6h，8h分别测定它们的含量及pH值。

Higher concentration of the NaCl caused death of regenerating planarians, KCl has stronger poisonosness towards regenerating planarians, CaCl2 (0.1% and 0.3%) could increase the regenerative velocity.

结果表明：跟对照组相比，低浓度氯化钠对涡虫再生速度影响不大，高浓度氯化钠引起涡虫解体；氯化钾对再生涡虫的毒性较大；0.1%和0.3%氯化钙可以提高涡虫的再生速度。

The changes of complex permittivity of pure-water,natrium oxalate,potassium permanganate and sodium chloride aqueous solution with different power were measured.It is shown that the changes of real part of the complex permittivity are all small and the imaginary part of the complex permittivity of electrolyte solution are obvious.
