Opuntia Milpa Alta prolonged the exhausted swimming time of mice notably, strengthened the LDH activity, accelerated the removing of the LA and BUN, strengthened the SOD activity of liver and skeletal muscle, accelerated the removing of the MDA content of liver and skeletal muscle, demonstrated positive Anti-Movement-Fatigue function. We inferred one of Anti-Movement-Fatigue mechanism was that Opuntia Milpa Alta could increase the exercise ability and load adaptive capacity of the organism and accelerate the removing of metabolites.

The results showed that either of the extracted propolis had significant inhibitory effect on the level of triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL-C,GPT and GOT in serum, and TC, TG and MDA in liver, but were ineffective on HDL-C, MDA, SOD and NO levels in serum. Ethanol extracted propolis also reduced the body weight, liver weight and liver index of hyperlipidemic SD rats, while water extracted propolis were adiaphorous.

结果表明：蜂胶醇提液和水提液均能有效抑制高脂血症SD大鼠血清中的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的升高，并且能有效抑制肝脏组织中的TC、TG、MDA的升高，但对血清中的高密度脂蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮的影响不明显；蜂胶醇提液能有效降低高脂血症SD大鼠的体重、肝重及肝指数，蜂胶水提液对体重、肝重及肝指数的影响则不显著。

Methods The Cynomorium polysaccharide and Cynomorium water extract were extracted and prepared chewable tablets. Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control, aging model, VitE, Cynomorium polysaccharide chewable tablets and Cynomorium water extract chewable tablets groups. Dgalactose was injected to establish the aging model. After drug intervention, the proliferation activity of rat spleen lymphocytes stimulated by ConA was detected by MTT assay and the spleen index was measured. The pathological morphological changes of spleen were observed. The activity of superoxide dismutase, the content of malondialdehyde and nitric oxide in serum of rats were detected.
