Objective To investigate the therapeutic action of Taurine in patients with cerebral infarction induced by hyperhomocysteinemia.

目的 探讨牛磺酸对伴有高同型半胱氨酸血症的脑梗死患者的治疗作用。

Methods The clinical manifestations and the plasma ammonia levels were analyzed in l7 patients with HE , who underwent EEG , CT and MRI examinations Results Fifteen patients had abnormal EEG findings characterized by lowered basic rhythm, moderate to high amplitude θ wave activity, and sporadic δ wave and triphasic wave Fourteen patients had abnormal MRI findings , including increased signal in the bilateral globus pallidus (14/17), putmen (4/17) and tegmentum of the midbrain (7/17) in T1WI without corresponding alterations in the signal Intensity in T2WI T2 FLAIR demonstrated increased signal in the bilateral white matter of the cerebral hemispheres.

总结17例各种原因引起的肝性脑病患者的临床表现、血氨水平，对全部病例进行EEG、颅脑CT、MRI检查。结果 17例肝性脑病患者EEG异常15例，主要表现为：基本节律慢化；中波～高波幅θ活动；散在的δ波、三相波。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of the Yishenhuoxue capsule on basic fibroblast growth factor and transformation growth factorβ1 (TGF-β1) of hyperhomocysteinemia rats.

目的：观察益肾活血胶囊对同型半胱氨酸血症大鼠碱性成纤维细胞生长因子，转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的影响。

The results showed that hyperhomocysteinemia was induced by restraint stress. The highest CBS enzyme activity was seen in rat livers. A decrease in hepatic activities of CBS was found in restraint stress rats. The 29.4%±2.5% reduction in the activity of CBS was accompanied by a 44.1%± 3.4% decrease in its mRNA level. CBS enzyme activity was slightly elevated in the kidney of stressed rats while it was almost undeterminable in the cardiovascular system.

结果可见，束缚应激可导致大鼠高同型半胱氨酸血症的发生； CBS在肝脏具有最强的代谢活性，肾脏其次，而心脏和血液中活性极低；应激大鼠肝脏CBS活性和mRNA水平均显著降低( P 。05)，应激3周时分别为对照组的70.6%±5.9%和55.9%±4.3%。

At first, intermittence lavage using coloclysis solution at the depth of 50cm, 60min, then infund 100~200ml herbs colon dialysis solution constituted by rhubarb, acori graminei, semen raphani, dandelion, oyster and cornu bubali, at al, remaining 1~2h, biw, continuous 4wks. Observe the amelioration of primary symptoms, physical signs and complications in all of the cases, as well as the change of liver function, prothrombin time and the contents of blood ammonia.

60例慢性重型肝炎患者按分层随机配对分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规护肝、降酶、退黄以及补充白蛋白等支持治疗，观察组在基础上加用HC-3000结肠途径治疗机透析治疗，每次先用结肠灌洗液间歇灌洗60min，深度50cm，然后注入由大黄、石首蒲、莱菔子、蒲会英、牡蛎、水牛角等组成的中药结肠透析液100~200mL，保留灌肠1~2h，每周2次，连续4周后观察患者主要症状、体征及并发症的改善情况，同时检测治疗前后肝功能(TBil、ALT、ALB、CHE)、凝血酶原时间和血氨(NH3)等指标。
